I have worked w Indian Air for about 5 yrs now. I get the same technician every time. He knows the system well. He installed it when the house was built for the previous owner. I trust his work. The office manager, Chris, goes above and beyond. They are very responsive, really care about giving good service. They will always have my business!

I had them replace my 18 year old Trane Heat Pump with a new Trane Heat Pump. I have used Indian Air for all my AC and heating maintenance and their honest and professional way of doing business was why I chose them to replace my old unit. The techs were kind, knowledgeable and professional with the installation earlier this month. Could not be more pleased !

They assessed & installed my new AC & furnace 4 yrs ago when I bought my house.

They have been great to work with & provide my bi-annual service checks.

Nice, polite crew. Didn’t ask where to put thermostat and put a hole in the wrong wall. That’s my only complaint. They repaired it the best they could. I just had to paint it back the right color. HVAC been working well! The owner was very personable and took out my baseboard heaters and threw them away for me! This really made me feel they’d go the extra mile and meant a lot to me! I really appreciated that!

I purchased a new unit from Indian Air a few years ago. I received a competitive rate, and all employees I have worked with are professional, friendly and efficient. Even more than that, I really appreciate how quickly they responded to a couple of issues that came up, both of which ended up having nothing to do with the unit, but with old pipes and rats. I live over 100 miles away from their office, yet they responded and fixed my problem within 24 hours. THANK YOU INDIAN AIR!!!!

Great people. Very friendly and responsive. Technicians were at my house approximately 1/2 hour. Found a leak tightened the fitting and recharged the system. The bill was over 500.00 dollars. Wow! Loved everything about Indian Air except the bill.

I have retained their business now for over 2 years and highly appreciate the professionalism and bi-annual maintenance service they offer. I don’t have to think about my heating/ cooling because they are here twice a year and contact me when the maintenance is ready. Great people, both in the office and field. This is a locally owned, friendly, small town business and one of few who offer financing for heating and air-conditioning units.Jason was extremely professional and knowledgeable about his products. He scheduled the appointment within five days of my phone call, was always on time, and installed our system in less than a month. Jason took the time to explain everything in detail, answer all of our questions, and didn’t try and sell us a bunch of things that we did not need. I am extremely pleased with this business, the quality of their heating and cooling products, and their service.I Would highly recommend them to future clients.

We had Indian Air replace the Heating and Air Conditioning systems in our home in 2017. It was a great customer experience from start to finish. I can't say enough good things about the workers and the owners. Service after the sale has also been impressive. Two thumbs up, way up!!
