My experience at NTI was great . The whole team of teachers and administrators want to see you succeed and they are always there to help every step of the way . Mark and Casey are awesome hvac teachers , they provide all their knowledge and experience to you face to face. They don’t bore you with lectures and endless notes in a classroom . Everything is hands on! This was great for someone like me who learns the best hands on. This was a great program to be apart of, I would recommend NTI to anyone looking for an awesome hvac training

This was a great experience! I am very happy I decided to go with NTI. Everyone here was awesome and attentive to my every need especially instructor, Mark.
He was very informative and clear with instructions and why things are done the right way. I took a lot from that because when I am in the field I will applying those techniques! They TRULY get you ready for the carrier field and you get countless hours of using their equipment for hands on!

My name is Mike and I’m from NTI Monday Class. First of all I would like to thank all the staff and My teachers. Mark and Casey are very patient and calm when it comes to you not understanding and stuck on a matter. I recommend this school to anyone that wants to get into another field of work. This course is 16 weeks but it does go fast. I just graduated today and I’m pumped ready to work. So just give them a try you have nothing to loose.

Six months after graduation and I am FINALLY writing this review. Apologies to NTI for the long delay, let’s just say I was on Hawaii time:)

This program is nothing short of amazing. I originally came to NTI after already going through a semester at the community college program for HVAC and refrigeration. Because of Covid, we couldn’t get back into the classroom and lab and I really didn’t have any desire to go back to that program because of the pay said it was going.
One quick call to Dexter, and I was in the next day for a tour and explanation of the program. This is a fast paced, semi self-directed program. You have to be disciplined enough to do the work before you come into the lab, and the instructors Mark & Casey are a great duo to help you apply everything you’re reading/listening to.

I really appreciated the extra time the instructors take outside of the scheduled lab days to help you on anything that you have questions on or processes that you don’t fully understand. This was way different than what I experienced at the other school, and I really felt like they were interested in my personal success.

I now help run a family refrigeration business and am applying everything I learned while at NTI. Highly recommend this program!

The instructors are very helpful and patient. I had zero knowledge of HVAC/R when I started. I was nervous but went through with it and I’m glad I did. Now I know as much as they taught me and I feel very comfortable getting a job in the field. Worth every penny.

As a Plumber/HVAC Tech with over 20 years of experience and now a manager of a Phoenix Plumbing company, I have to say that I am very impressed with the school, faculty and the programs. I have hired their students and alumni, it has been a great experience with the people that I have hired. They have realistic expectations of the trade and are prepared to contribute.
When I am looking to hire, they are going to be my first call in the future!

Going to NTI was the best decision Ive made in terms of my career. I went from zero knowledge to being employed in the HVAC industry just under 6months thanks to the amazing instructors (Mark & Casey) who taught and guided me through program. I will be forever grateful to NTI for helping me add more value to myself.
To anyone wondering if they should do it, JUST DO IT. It’s worth it!!!

Outstanding program! I work long hours, have 3 kids and needed a school with flexibility. NTI exceeded expectations! I attend the AM classes and Mark was my teacher. He made everything easy to understand and if you had a question, he would take out to the shop and show you first hand. These are the little things that made a huge difference to me. I need to see it, don’t just tell me. I feel like we had a strong class because of the one on one attention we were able to receive. EPA prep was perfect! My class passed the EPA day and can’t wait to get started in the industry.

The only word I can use is awesome. The teachers and the front office were awesome. They use hands on and for people like me that's the only way to learn and they understand that. Mark and Casey helped so much. They didn't just give up once you couldn't get something they walked you through it and made sure you understood before moving on. Such great teachers. David and Decker helped me find a job before I even finished class. They all went above and beyond for me and the students. I can't thank them enough for giving me this opportunity I currently have. If you are considering this school do it. Don't wait!
