just recently graduated from the electrician program and I have no regrets. everyone is very helpful, especially my instructor Ralph. He assisted me in how i would move forward in this career. i recommend this trade school over any, to anyone!

NTI was an awesome experience! Every single hands on lab was really in depth and I was always excited for the next one. Coming out I feel prepared to enter the HVAC trade. Jared and Casey were great instructors that were always helpful every step of the way.

What a great experience I came in to check out the school and ended up starting school two weeks later! The videos were great they walk you through the whole theory and process of refrigeration and the instructors in the lab love there work and want you to succeed! thank you Cacy and Jared for caring about our future and the responsibilities that come along with the trade you guys rock!!

This is a good place they will teach you some of the things you need to know but the thing is it's not worth the $6000 due to the fact that you aren't gaining an actual apprenticeship. A real apprenticeship cost $6000 so you guys do the numbers and do the math you're better off just going to the Phoenix JATC.

Graduated from the HVAC program, and it has been one of the best choices I ever made. Learned so much so quickly! Mark and Casey are two of the most knowledgeable guys I’ve ever met, and are beyond amazing at sharing that knowledge with their students. Can not thank them both enough!

Do yourself a favor and quit looking at reviews, AND GO TO NTI. You will not regret it.

Both Mark and Casey did an awesome job with breaking down concepts, one on one individual guidance and really care about the students and program. Shout out to Dexter for always being available to answer questions! The school provides every resource to be successful and push your skills. Prepares you for the Certification and a job right out of school!

Great school! Very easy schedule for someone like me who has a hectic schedule with work and kids. Very friendly staff. The Instructor, Mark, is very informative and has a no-bad-question policy. Very hands-on when you are in the lab. Hands down loved my time here and was a great learning experience. You get out of the course what you put in and more!

Best school to get into the field quickly. 16 weeks went by in a flash and I encourage anyone who is looking for a career in HVAC trade to call Dexter at this school. Absolutely painless process from start to finish. Mark and Casey were the best instructors, they always reassured I knew I was doing everything correctly. Can't wait for the future now.

I’m a recent graduate of the program and a big fan of the team. I started my new job in HVAC the same day I graduated due to NTI helping me find my job. The instructors, Mark and Casey of the phoenix branch were incredible and very accessible. There have been times already that I’ve had to call them for some help remembering some of these new skills and they have always made themselves available to help in any way they can. Highly recommend this school

Coming from someone with no knowledge of HVAC, I will say when I started it was frustrating, but the more time I spent studying and learning it, the more I grew to enjoy it.

My instructor was Mark, Mark always answered my questions and if, if you wanted to stay later or come in earlier never hesitated to mention to us "Hey guys don't forget you can always come in earlier or stay longer if you want to work in the labs or are having trouble understanding something let me know." There was never a time Mark did not state that to us or allow for us to stay later.

The labs were very hands-on, I will say hands down I loved my experience and my time here and it was a great learning experience. One thing is certain and should go without saying you get out of the course what you put in, definitely worth the money and look especially if you're looking to get into the field of HVAC.
