Since the first day I signed up for class, I was full of hope and excitement. Dexter Bethers always kept an eye on my progress and would always respond to any question or concern I had. He is even helping me with finding a job, so it isn't like any other schools I heard about because they really treat you like you're a member of family. If Dexter is taking care of your path in NTI you don't need to be afraid of anything! I passed my EPA, because of the easy and understandable videos you go through during your 16 week program. My teachers Jared Beaulieu and Casey Kazee, always explained every detail and answered any question I had. Jared is a every good instructor plus he is working in the field, so every week he had some interesting stories from work so for me a person (who's entry level) is so much fun to hear or see how the trade really looks like. It was a great 16 week program. Dexter, Jared, Casey- thank you for everything!

Excellent program, budget friendly, flexible and very informative. Everything is provided with a lot of hands on training. The whole staff is professional & friendly which makes it easier to communicate and ask questions. Mark Williams is an excellent instructor. He is very good at simplifying information and creates an excellent learning environment.

Attending NTI was one of the BEST decisions I have made my entire life. I was on the fence about attending school during the pandemic, but I'm so glad I overcame my fear and did it. I don't have any regrets. The staff was professional and courteous from the moment I walked in the door. David and Dexter walked me through the application and financial process step by step, but I would be remiss if I did not give a BIG SHOUTOUT to my Instructors Mark and Casey. I can't say enough good things about these guys. They know their stuff especially Mark whose been in the business for 30+ years. I also met a great group of classmates that are like family to me now. We were a close group that helped each other out along the way and we were the last class of 2020 and the first graduating class of 2021. That's just special by itself. Sometimes in life you have to stop thinking about things and just do it. So, this message is for anyone on the fence about whether they should attend NTI and whether they believe NTI is the right school for them. Allow me to answer that unequivocally by saying IT IS. Stop thinking about it and do it!!!

Every Master Was Once A Beginner And There's No Place Better To begin Than NTI. The Instructors Are Extremely Knowledgeable. Dexter In Particular Goes Out Of His Way For All Students. I Highly Recommend NTI. Best Decision I've Made In My Professional Career.

Definitely a great school to learn this HVAC/R. Had wonderful instructors that were patent while we learned how to do things, and very encouraging through out the entire class. They teach you everything you need to know for both the EPA test and for your career.

REVIEW FROM A WIFE'S PERSPECTIVE!
I did not take this course, but my husband did! He graduated tonight as well as the rest of his class. Great job guys!
When my hubby enrolled, he had the normal queries such as "How much work is this going to be" and "How much of my time is this going to take up"? Well let the wife tell you...it was just the right amount. Classes consist of short online videos that you can watch at your own pace each week. These videos are very easy to listen to and follow. The video instructor "Ty" became a new voice member of our home. In between work, hanging out with the fam and playing video games etc, my husband had PLENTY of time to watch the videos. Every Weds he got to go to the institute and enjoy hands on work with actual air conditioning units! He was always excited to go and heck...one night a week to myself for a few hours??? NICE!
The final weeks were closing in and it was time to prepare for the final test. *GULP*. Me being a test nerd, I volunteered myself to help him study. We made flash cards and watched videos and it was so much fun! The goal was to study to get 100%, not just PASS. Shoot for the moon and maybe you'll get close! Needless to say, he passed with flying colors! Proud wifey here!
The super amazing added bonus was, because I had been involved with his studying, all the infinite amount of HVAC information was now in MY brain! I decided to watch a few of Ty's videos. They were very easy to follow and Ty is actually kinda funny. I had zero interest in HVAC before. Not anymore.
Would you believe I went to his graduation tonight and took the final EPA test myself and passed!! If I can do it, you can! I highly recommend this course to anyone and everyone. It is a wonderful start to a great future. Shoot for the moon!!

NTI is a fantastic school led by very knowledgeable instructors! Everyone was so helpful throughout the process and did everything to ensure everyone in the class succeeded. Just graduated last week and am excited to use the knowledge and experience I gained from NTI to start a successful career in the HVAC/R field! Huge thanks to everyone at NTI!

Mark, Casey , David and Dextar - remember these names (well David will be based out of Houston) because these guys are EXCELLENT! They lay it out straight , taking the time to help each of us understand this essential trade - they’ve encouraged us, texted us, emailed us, stayed top to ensure we are becoming the technician we are supposed to be. If you were thinking about joining the team ? Do it - one of the best decisions I’ve made in my 30 years. Went from security officer killing my mind to now officially certified hvac technician-these guys made sure I had amble job opportunities thrown my way - I graduated today and will start work tomorrow. I look forward to continuing my relationship with NTI because that’s just how they roll. Get in go speak with Dextar , tell them “Billy White” sent you or don’t because they will treat you right no matter who sent ya! Jump in! The waters fine!

By far the best hvac school you could go to in the Phoenix valley. I really liked how flexible the schedule was. The instructors were great and very knowledgeable!

Just graduated 11/4/2020. This program is awesome. The staff there is amazing, friendly and very helpful. I didnt have a ged but they have a equivalency test that was super easy. From what I hear other schools cost 2x as much and they're twice as long. I highly recommend this school. Even when you graduate they will still help you out with any questions you have.
