Outstanding. Online videos grouped by subject so you can watch and review as many times as necessary, then attend a weekly class to reinforce the lessons and apply with hands on instruction.
The instructors are very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and make the learning a fun experience.
Always available during the week if you want hands on experience outside of the weekly class. Day and night classes to accommodate schedules.
I personally went Wednesday nights and did some week day extra hands on when my schedule allowed.
Casey and the Marks were amazing. Between the years of experience and the genuine bond we built, I thrives in the classes and was a bit sad to graduate and see it all come to an end.
May take an electrician course just to see the guys again!

NTI was one of the best learning experiences I’ve had. My instructor, Mark, was very easy to learn from because of his passion for the industry. It’s was a relaxed environment where the lessons began at the simplest things and then progressively built on that foundation until the process of troubleshooting became second nature. NTI is absolutely amazing! I HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking to get into a trade. I've taken several college courses on different campuses and with different instructors, however I can confidently say Mark and Casey are easily the best. This isn't just some trade school with staff trying to take your money and get you out the door. They actually treat you like family and help you on and off campus. Around the thirteenth week I shared some personal issues and how important it was for me to complete this course and get into a career. Within hours they had me in contact with a contractor, and a week later I was hired. I love this place and it's staff so much that I want to come back for the electrician course and/or the plumbing course. If you're having any kind of second thoughts, please know that I have an Alabama public school education yet Mark and Casey made everything relatable and make sense to the point that I'm already confidently working "in the field." They are amazing and you all deserve to have some amazing in your lives.

The entire experience on campus was great. I was enrolled in the electrical course, and Ralph was my instructor. He did an outstanding job of keeping us engaged and breaking things down. I will highly reccomend NTI to anyone looking to get into the trades.

Went through their plumbing program, took like 6 months on my own time and a week in person, and got offered two jobs just a couple weeks out. Starting my apprenticeship next week. Good program to kickstart your life. They take care of you. Looks great on a resume as well.

The staff at NTI are wonderful!! I loved everyone from Chris to Rick to Mark!! I actually know Chris from QuikTrip because I work there and he use to work there! Mark is an amazing instructor that taught me a lot in a small period of time!!

Very good program. Great instruction and office staff. Very helpful and detailed. The hybrid online courses and in person labs are great for hands on experience. They offer assistance with employment after graduation too which is awesome.

The classes were great and Mark W. Is an amazing instructor. Kacey and Ricky are also very knowledgeable. I’d definitely recommend NTI to anyone interested in a career in HVAC. I’m so glad I attended this tech school.

Nti was a great flexible environment to learn in. Having a work and family life classes were easily attained. Mark our teacher was very knowledgeable and available for questioning.
