Brett was awesome when he came to do the pipe check. Kept us informed as he went about his work and let us know that we are all good.

Mike was awesome to work with while trying to get the AC going at my Father-in-Laws place. He kept us informed the whole time and shared all the options available so we could pick the best option to fit in our current situation.

We have had the Sadie Guard Dog service through Goettl for a couple of years now and each time they come out the same day for any needs. Today we had Larry out to check on a leak under our kitchen sink. He was kind and friendly and a wealth of knowledge. Thank you Larry for your work today and your positive attitude!

I recently heard an ad on the radio raving about Goettl quality customer service. From start to finish they did not disappoint. I was exceptionally impressed with Miguel who is extremely knowledgeable and made every effort to make sure that I was comfortable with the work that was being done and understood what was happening and why. He should get 10 stars (on the five star scale).

I am also extremely happy that I enrolled in Club Sadie! That kind of value and peace of mind is EVERYTHING in the Phoenix Metro area!

Actually it was a pleasure talking to the service repair person, Ian I think is his name. He was very pleasant, informative, and had a great personality. He explained to me in detail what he was doing and after he completed went over everything. I would strongly recommend this young man for other jobs, if I had ever had another need for it. And overall on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give him a name reason for that, is that we all have room for improvement thank you for your time Jesse Garcia

Nacho , Sebastian, Christian and Noe are a sharp hard working team that work efficiently together. No complaints. Courteous, clean, ridiculously hardworking and obviously competent.
Meanwhile Tony won me over for this substantial investment with his honesty and competence. Nor should I omit Ronald who started this process by convincing me not to throw good money after bad on two hopeless 30 plus year old systems. Yes, they worked, but sounded like a panzer division rolling down street. It’s so nice, so calming being barely able to hear the new heat pumps.

Aaron M. came over and got the job done quick! Aaron was able to figure out the probably and fix our A/C unit within an hour and our house is already cooling down. Thanks for the quick and fast service Aaron M!

Derrick was a great tech! He even arrived before the time quoted, which worked better for me. He was really nice, helpful and he got done faster than I expected. Thanks Derrick!

I live in a house that was built in 1959. We had a toilet that would flush but would not go down. Adam R came by and saw that the pipes were cast iron and were rusted.

Kevin M and his crew from installation came inside the house and installed the new pipes. They did a great job. I was introduced to his team, but I forgot their names.

As they were working to install the pipe, they noticed the pipes from out side of the house had a tree root growing in it.

Craig, Dakota, and Mason dug up the yard, and installed the new pipes.

Lisa L called back the next day to see how I was doing and If I had any questions.

I was so impressed on how I was treated. How everyone was very kind and professional.

Other plumbing companies have came to my house and treated me very poorly. Goettl treated me with respect. Treated me like family.

So please thank Adam R, Kevin M, Craig, Dakota, Mason and Lisa L for doing a great job.

AC unit completely died on us with no warning. We called and they showed up next day to begin dismantling and preparing to install a new system. Nacho and Sebastian were our team; they showed up and were incredibly friendly and attentive the whole time. They took their time to ensure everything was installed correctly. We have nothing but good things to say about them, and already put out a recommendation to the neighbors
