Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing Phoenix

Called to have a rejuvenation done on my ac unit before summer. The tech got here and was here for 3 hours and there is nothing wrong with my unit, just wanted a cleaning. The tech was nice, but didnt know it would be a all day thing , be prepared to waste the whole day. Not happy. Plus tech was on phone asking for help, doesn't install confidence in me they know what is going on. UPDATE..now my unit doesn't work. She up there trying to figure what's going. Fantastic.

Technicians arrived on time and was very professional. Price quote was extremely high. I am property landlord and is very familiar with contractors rates. I will never use them again. When I say rates are high they are over the top high. Found another contractor my usual one and his cost was 80 percent less .thanks but no thanks.

I had a mixed experience with Goettl. First the good experience. I really liked Adam, the technician that was sent to my house. He arrived when he said he would arrive. He was super knowledgeable of the issue I was experiencing and was able to explain it in a way I could easily understand. Adam explained different options I could explore to fix the issue. I felt he was very honest with me.

The bad experience. I received the Goettl quote to fix the issue and it was far higher than I imagined. I told Adam how shocked I was and said I couldn't pay for that service today. I paid the required service fee and told Adam I would schedule another appointment if I chose to have Goettl fix the issue. I then reached out to another plumber in the area who offered free estimates. This plumber came to my house and gave me his company's quote. Without knowing Goettl's quote, the second company's quote was almost half what Goettl quoted me.

I'm sure there are many factors that I don't understand, but I felt like I was being ripped out if i chose to go with Goettl.

Eric, did an excellent job! I needed a plumber to confirm that my refrigerator water line, dishwasher water line, and range gas line were in working order to install new appliances. Eric was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and excellent people skills. He ensured that everything was working and ready for install of new appliances. Thank you Eric and Goettl for a great job. I'm glad to be a Sadie club member.

The tech was very professional. He worked really hard to get our blockage cleared out and didn't stop until he made absolute sure everything was working properly. We got a great deal and will use them again. Excellent customer service!

My a/c wouldn't turn on. I called them and the man on the phone was very courteous and helpful and made sure to schedule someone to come out that same day. Derrick had great communication and called when he was on his way. He came in and got my a/c working. Showed me what he did and explained to me what I should do the next time that happened. He was so nice and respectful! Thanks Derrick!

Kevin was incredibly thorough, and made sure he checked everything before offering what we should do. After the installation of parts he went through what he did and how it corrected the problem. This has been the best experience we have had with an A/C company.

Antonio and Randall were professional, efficient, tidy, and did a fantastic job installing our new AC, thermostat and return grills! They showed up when expected and completed the job with minimal interruption to my day. Since I work from home and am on a lot of virtual meetings, I was concerned about being interrupted and the noise. But, I was pleasantly surprised and grateful that I barely heard them work, they left our home as clean as they found it and kept me posted on progress only as needed. I highly recommend this installation team!
Goettl also provided a smooth process from getting a quote, to financing and to scheduling a next day install. The entire process took less than 24 hours and our rep, Mark, was amazing! They also matched another quote we’d received with a better unit!

I have their monthly subscription to save money from repairs and maintenance. Have been very pleased with the twice yearly servicing. Ian came out and was very professional, wore his booties inside, friendly and went over every step as he was providing service. He made it easy and convenient to keep my system in top shape and didn't even feel like a stranger in my home. I would recommend their service for sure.
