A very special thank you to Joshua, Victor, Larry, and the guys on the install crew, who helped me "Get back up and running" . It wasn't easy, but I know and can rest easier knowing it was done right. New HVAC and jet wash on my sewer lines, you guys were able to get it done in less than one day, and i can't thank you enough. Financing was super easy.

Had a brand new AC installed and shortly after, we noticed a loud bang each time it started up. We called into customer service and Christian and Noe promptly came out to fix the issue. Now we hardly hear it start up and even the humming is much quieter. Christian and Noe were courteous and professional as were all the technicians that worked on our system. I highly recommend Goettl.

Called yesterday and they sent someone out for me this morning to tune up my AC units. Matt worked quickly and efficiently. He did a great job of explaining the technical pieces of my equipment and recommending higher priority needs vs lower priority. All in all, great service.

Brett was the service tech that came out today. Great person to deal with, friendly, knowledgeable and informative, quick on the repair, very up front and straight forward about the charges, what the problem was and how he was going to take care of it.
Brett really did a great job and I will definitely be using Goettl again. One other thing I should mention is we called in after noon today and explained that our water was off because of the leak, so they squeezed us in today and at no extra charge.
We are going to be signing up for the Sadie Club Maintenance Program that Brett explained to us. Overall a great experience and believe me when I say that I have had 2 recent very bad experiences with other plumbing companies and had about given up. You know what they say, the third time is a charm and boy was it. Thank you Brett and Goettl, you're everything you say you are and more.

Eric came to our home this afternoon and really bailed us out of a bad situation. The contractor sent by our home warranty company was complete garbage so we ditched them for Goettl. Eric showed up and diagnosed the unit quickly and gave us multiple options, allowing us to choose what was best for us. He then stayed for several hours and got the job done right and walked us through what he did. Very professional and well done. We can finally breathe in our home now

The next day, our unit gave out (not Eric’s fault) so we had to bite the bullet and replace the unit entirely. They sent a new team for two days of work to completely redo our duct work and install a new unit. Ryan, Alton, and Arnoldo worked very hard and were pleasant and professional. It was a big job and they got it done. All throughout I got good service and now, finally, have a long term solution for our HVAC.

Brandon Weiss came out to do diagnostic on my AC because it wasn't blowing cold, he showed up quick and was able to diagnose the issue within a few minutes, just need to clean the fins out and it's working like new.

I was impressed with John's knowledge with my old A/C unit. What I like about John is after going through the system and without any BS he advised me of what he believes the problem is and offered me options. After giving me a ballpark price I chose to wait on the repair. The problem still exists and a decision on what my next step will be , in the next couple of days.

Previous contract HVAC maintenance visits caused me to consider ending my Goettl service. I planned to cancel after today's visit. Ian changed my perception of Goettl. He is knowledgeable, personable and, most importantly, inspired trust. Ian is the reason I did not cancel. He's a pro and an asset to your company. He represents Goettl and himself very well. Hopefully, he is ... or/will be ... recognized accordingly.

Wow!! We are Happy, Happy, Happy!!

A competitor ghosted us and was not responsive to our needs. One call to Goettl they were out in a day to address and issue with our AC

Matt took the time to cover the issues. Gave us option and didn’t oversell like some of the competitors out there.

We do things the right way, not the easy way.®

Well this team of trustworthy guys did “right” by our family. it was not a “easy” task.

After a week and a half of researching different options looking for the most trustworthy and affordable
service company. And after a few costly visits and estimates from a few service companies we were very discouraged. Everything thing we were told was way beyond our means. With very little hope we decided to try one more time.

With Goettl we certainly received the best service in the valley. We met Jesse who was very knowledgeable and he left no question unanswered. He left here with a promise to send someone who’d be able to help us get our AC working once again. Aaron arrived in an very impressive timely manor. He was very honest, and genuine. He truly wanted to help get our AC up and running again. He assured me
that he and the team at Goettl would do their best to leave us feeling 100% satisfied. He shared information about the long standing phenomenal reputation Goettl has. Aaron was very respectful when we asked him to let us think
about it. No pressure at all. We had to think about what we would be able to do. On Saturday we called Goettl. And before we knew it Matt Tanner was at the door and he went right to work. He was
diligently working on the massive repairs to our unit. He showed so much grit as the evening went on. Bless his heart. Matt and Aaron made sure our family was 100% satisfied. They were very kind and their customer service exceeded any expectations we had. We will forever recommend Goettl to all our friends and family. Truly we are grateful for all you’ve done. 5 stars just don’t seem like enough. 10
stars would be my rating.
