Our technician, John Nunez, was outstanding. He arrived on time and was professional and courteous. He was transparent, informative, and answered all of our questions without pushing any unnecessary expenses on us. We’ve signed up for Goettl’s membership services and will certainly continue using them for our A/C needs, largely thanks to our experience with John and the overall responsiveness and timeliness of the company.

Q was here on a maintenance call did a great Job I am so happy I went with Goettl they definitely preach doing it the right way not the easy way. Q came out evaluated my units and it just made sense to go brand new I went with the top of the line 5 stars for both units and I am super excited to use them. Aaron came out to do an A/C tune up but we had to many problems so we got a whole new ac installed the same day! Everyone was very professional and knew what they were doing. We are very happy with the installation.

Goettl was one of the best service related businesses I’ve ever worked with. My Goettl consultant Larry was informative, thorough, and went above and beyond to meet the needs we had with a project that came about unexpectedly. Called Goettl late at night and they even tried getting someone out then (9pm). We ended up scheduling the next morning and because of the issue we had they came right before 8am. It was a rather big project (sewer line broken and backed up) and it was done the next day. I asked my consultant if Goettl really was what they say they are on the adds, and he confirmed they absolutely are and the best company he’s worked with in 30 years of being in the industry. After my first interaction with the business I would have to agree. Never been so pleased with a service oriented company as I am with Goettl.

Not only was Carlos courteous but he was very patient and offered explanations for everything he was doing. He was able to figure out an issue I had no way of effectively explaining with words due to his listening skills. He took his time and made sure all my questions were answered. Furthermore, he explained all my options when it came to addressing my HVAC unit and helped with making the right decision. Great repairs and even better customer service.

Hard place to find and had mistake on address but kept going until he got here and got the job done. And not hard to look at either! :)

Our air conditioning unit stopped blowing cold air. We called Goettl since we have used them before and we were always happy with their work and comfortable with the cost for their service. The service technician checked out the unit and told us that we needed to replace 4 different parts,which would cost us $2,500 with no guarantee it would fix the problem. We were told that if it did start working again we were putting a "bandaid" on the problem and we would probably need to purchase a new one soon. We were put in touch with a manager who then put us in touch with a representative to discuss what our options were regarding a new unit. We were quoted a price of $18,000. Wait....what??!! We decided to get a second opinion and I am so glad we did. We were quoted a price of $7000 if the unit needed to be replaced. After looking at it, the technician told us that we needed a new fan motor and one pound of freon. Total cost....$500. He also said the unit still has about 5-6 working years. I am happy to say that our unit is working like new.

Quick to respond, professional, and did the job right. Steve, Jason, and Hubert repaired our broken pipe quickly. They were hard working and friendly. I appreciated the frequent updates while working on the issue. They were helpful in offering suggestions to prevent problems in the future. After digging a giant hole to fix our pipe, they managed to leave our lawn in good condition. I would highly recommend them to anyone! A+
