Mike S was amazing. Victor was pleasant to work with over the phone. This company lives up to the hype ! The installation team was absolutely amazing, they really care about their job, you can see that. I cannot believe I came home to no AC and a warm house at 130am and have a new unit and cool air in my house by 630pm. Top notch!

Our serviceman Q was over the top professional. He sat down and showed us pictures of the issue and explained the best way to proceed with a resolution. They were able to replace our unit on the same day in the middle of Summer. We called at midnight and had a repairman in our home by 8:30 AM. We would highly recommend using Goettl.

I called to get my AC repaired around noon and they were able to send someone out within hours. Q was the team member who arrived and was so incredibly kind, professional, and above and beyond helpful. I truly appreciate the time he took to explain everything. Q is a huge asset to the Goettl team! He deserves every praise, raise, and recognition for his outstanding performance.

Mike was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly to us. Victor was great explaining our options on different hvac Units. The installation team was stellar. You can tell they love their job and take great pride in their work. Everything was done in just a few short hours and I thank you all for that!

Super impressed with Goettl. Scheduling was easy. Nice to receive a call letting me know repairman was on the way with accurate ETA. Adam was great! Discussed options and cost before starting. Resolved issue quickly - even with guests in our vacation rental. Repair cost was exactly as discussed, no added or surprise charges. I'm one happy customer!

Update: I forgot to list the tech's name and wanted to make sure Q got credit where credit is due. Great guy! They came out quickly and were very detail oriented for what I needed. They explained why certain things needed to be done as opposed to just saw, "You need this" without providing any reason. Very happy with the service I have received.

Mike S was our technician today. He was professional, courteous, all-around great guy. I totally recommend him. He did not try to upsell me or screw me over in any way. Very refreshing.

Awesome team. Found the issue and fixed as soon as the parts were available. All the family is extremely happy and cool. We had an inspection and a quick resolve. Yunior and Jaime were very helpful and professional. Could not be happier with the result. Thank you guys for the amazing work you do. We will definitely use them and recommend for future needs.

Ian was my technician today, 06/28/2023, for my A/C rejuvenation. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. Very polite, friendly and professional. Hopefully next year he’ll be my tech again. Great company and great technicians.
