My 3 years old (still under warranty) water heater was not working so I called them to take a look and fix it. Scheduling was for the following day. The technician arrived and said it would take a while to diagnose so I went on with my work and let him do the diagnose. After approx 1 hour, the tech told me that it would take around 3 hours of labor to fix it and the parts were under warranty, and quoted me around $1300 for 3 hours of labor. But, that was just a tactic because he was trying to sell me a new water heater for around the same price! Instead if trying to fix my water heater they tried to sell me a new one and if I didn't want one I had to pay a $89 evaluation fee. Funny how I was told that they don't really do small repairs(like mine) but they usually focus on replacing not fixing. I wish I would have been told that before scheduling the appointment. Anyways, I don't think that the technician did much to evaluate my water heater because almost half of the time he was in the van talking on the phone, and his testing / tool kit was never open when I was going to check on him(at least 3 times in 1 hour). I think they tried to sell me a new unit and since I didn't want to, I got charged $89 just to be told they don't do small repairs.
If you are in a need of a small repair, be sure to avoid them and find someone else.

Our AC went out at our 900 sq ft condo; they came over and said that we needed a new unit and quoted us 12k. WAY more than industry standard for a 900 s ft apartment. When I asked why it was so expensive he said “we use better equipment” which is totally false. The only option he gave us was to replace the unit. Said our unit was low on coolant and they don’t carry that kind of coolant and it was leaking. This took hours by the way. Got a SECOND opinion. They replaced a part, the capacitor, within minutes for $265.00 and our AC works great! They did say an AC unit would cost around 8k if it ever did need to be replaced. This place totally scammed me, buyer beware.

Had a short notice AC failure in the heat of an AZ summer and Goettl was able to have a tech to me house in less than 1 hour. My tech Q was really helpful, fixed my issue and walked me through some other options since my units are over 12 years old. Q made the process as painless as an AC repair can be.

UPDATE: My 12 year old system finally died and in less than 10 hours Goettl had a whole new system priced out and installed. Team Abraham and Team Manny showed up and got straight to work. They were very professional and made quick quiet work of the install.

Amazing service! Joe, Rafael, Luis did a fantastic job! It was 112 degrees outside and they didn’t let that phase them at all. They were on time, super polite, and changed out my entire AC unit in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Jacob came out and did a quick repair for us….. on his way out he noticed a small drip which he ask to inspect further… upon inspection, he discovered that our water heater was ready to go at any minute. We appreciate the attentiveness and call to action! Thanks for the help!

July 4th evening my AC froze up, about 8:30 pm I was chatting with someone on the chat through the website and set up an appointment for 8 am the very next morning. Aaron was the tech that came out, super cool guy and helpful like no other. Aaron had me up and running in no time and even answered some questions I had even after he was finished with everything. Awesome service deserves acknowledgment, thanks for everything again Aaron!!

I would recommend Goettl. Jesse the service tech was terrific, very professional and took the time to explain the steps he was taking during my annual rejuvenation service. I could tell he was doing a quality job, cleaning the coils, taking measurements, thorough inspection.

Goettl’s technicians installed a new A/C & Furnace the same day I paid the invoice. The work took 2 days and now my manufactured home is ready for the Arizona heat! The only downside I can think of is the price being pretty high but still reasonable due to my home never having Air Conditioning installed before.

Goettl performed a high pressure clean out of our kitchen sink line that was not draining properly and clogging. They arrived on time with an excellent technician and completed the work within about an hour. He explained what he was doing and what to do to avoid future problems. We are very satisfied with his work.

Great service!! Jesse came out and took care of us today. This was our first time having Goettl out for a/c maintenance. We were very pleased with the service he provided. He was professional and explained everything he did. Hope to continue getting this type of service. This is how you keep customers!
