2 times a year we call this company. We've yet to be disappointed. The service technicians have ALL been knowledgeable and and personable. This time we were taken care of by Joel. He was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. We buy the service contract that they sell so that we can stay on top of the maintenance. Better to prevent than to replace!! The people in the office are very nice and helpful too. Love, love, love these people.

Had a good experience with Desert Diamond Mechanical for the winter checkup on our heat pump. The Tech called in advance to let me know what time he'd arrive, when he got to the house he was knowledgeable and was pleasant to deal with. We're going to use them again in the future. Thanks

Just had my seasonal maintenance today. On time and professional as usual. Had to replace a couple of parts. Good to go again. Even though the costs of parts and labor are hard to take, it’s best to replace as you go along. It will help my unit perform longer and more efficiently. I trust Desert Diamond and recommend them

Scheduling an appointment was so easy. They estimated ab arrival between 12-3pm but would try to arrive earlier and my technician was here at 10:45! Jordan Kay was my technician and he was great. Professional and courteous, took time to explain everything and made sure to double and triple check that everything was running and I was getting cold A/C before finishing up. I would absolutely work with this company again and hope to have the same friendly technician as well!

We had our air conditioning system blow all Freon out and after a power surge explosion. Andrew, Martin and Alex responded quickly and professionally! We were without air conditioning for five days and were staying in our house when it was 114 degrees outside and with our family until Desert Diamond Mechanical provided us with a temporary cooling system and our son provided one to ease our heat exposure. Martin and Alex installed the new cooling system in 7 hours doing a wonderful job. We are grateful to Desert Diamond
