Incredible service! Our AC went out in the middle of the day on the Fourth of July. Despite it being a holiday, Desert Diamond had a technician out to my house in less than 2 hours. So so grateful!

Great company, so happy we went with them after getting estimates from 5 others. By far the way Andrew explained everything and the quality of everything made Desert Diamond our top pick. Installation went perfect! Couldn’t be happier with our system and this company.

Hayden was helpful and got us up and running! Also helped us plan for future maintenance and issues we could have. Customer service was great in getting everything scheduled.

Our AC went out on Friday night. We had a membership with a different company, who after 40 hours of waiting for the technician, stopped taking our calls. We very desperately, early afternoon on Sunday (Fathers Day at that), reached out to Desert Diamond.

Within an hour, our tech had called us to les us know he was on the way. Hayden, our tech, showed up exactly on time, quickly identified the issue and resolved it. And before leaving, confirmed everything was fixed.

Issac was very professional, respectful and took the time to answer my questions honestly. I believe he did a very thorough inspection(over an hour)of the HVAC system and made sure everything was working properly.
