Ivan was able to come out the same day we called. He got right to work and was able to figure out why our AC upstairs stopped working. He repaired the the problem within 30 minutes. We will be a returning customer for our maintenance and upgrading our system later this year. Thanks again Ivan, we appreciate it!

I’ve had 3 repairs done by Desert Diamond and I have been satisfied with all of them, not to mention they are extremely timely. Their technician, Nixa, has done 2 of the repairs and always has been professional and helpful in explaining the problem and solution. She even went above and beyond to chat with me about possible plans for replacement of the unit. I’d recommend this company for HVAC repairs to anyone.

Company advertises themselves as 24 hour service - of the two phone numbers they offer for contact, one just tells you to leave a message and they'll call back during regular business hours (then hangs up), and the other sits on hold without ever picking up. I wish I could recommend their services, since it seems people generally like them, but after multiple attempts I was unable to get a hold of anyone.

Technicians are always professional and friendly. They explain everything about the numbers they get from your AC to you in ways that everyone can understand. They also text you a picture of your technician before arrival so you know who you’re answering the door to. Highly recommended.

Desert Diamond is an excellent company to deal with. They gave us a great price on our new Trane AC/heat pump package unit with quality installation, and they provide professional and courteous service. Technician Isaac performed a periodic inspection on our unit today and he arrived on time, was very courteous, and did a great job.

Steve was exceptional. I told him our attic was pretty tight and he was wick to respond “no worries” he will find a way to see what can be done and he delivered. Steve got up into the attic and assessed the issue and we are able to add two vents to our AC unit to our master Br which faces east. Might I add he ensured he didn’t leave one piece of mess behind and even covered my shirts in the closet. We have utilized Desert Diamond in the past and have always been pleased with their service! We also had two other Desert Diamond techs out who installed new duck work for two new vents in Master Bedroom and they were exceptional. Some of the best work I have ever had done.

Today we had Hayden out for a heating repair and he diagnosed the issue and was superb in his customer service as well. There was not a question when he asked if we wanted to sign up for an annual or multi year plan. We signed up today. Thank you Desert Mechanical for EXCELLENT SERVICE. Also - the woman who took my service call this lroing was genuine caring and fantastic as well. I haven’t been this pleased with a company for a long time….
