Awesome technician by the name of Ivan was really helpful and offered great assistance with questions for future care of our A/C.

The technician investigated the issue with the HVAC and he very polite and honest, seeing how the issue was discovered on a Saturday, the part was warranty covered. He returned on Monday once he was able to pick up the part and had the HVAC operating .

I had 2 AC units replaced by Desert diamond a couple years ago and the price, quality, and service have all been great. One of our newer units stopped working properly last weekend, so I called desert diamond to do a repair on Sunday morning. They arrived within an hour and fixed the problem immediately (blown fuse). I can’t say enough good things about that quick turnaround!

Ismael called and said he was on the way. He got here on time preformed his maintenance on unit. He explained everything that he tested. Said what should be done in future. No sales pressure. Can’t ask for anything more than that

Desert Diamond did a super job replacing our heat pump. Every aspect of this experience was done very professionally. The estimate was top notch and everything was explained in great detail. The job itself went very well . I was quite impressed with the fact that a couple of the managers came out to help the technicians so that they could get done a little early on a Friday after working late the night before. The inspection after install was also handled very well. Seems to me that they have a great team and I would gladly use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone requiring A/C or.

My technician was thorough and honest. I had another company a few days before that were awful. Trey diagnosed my issue and made reasonable suggestions to get me up and running. I will forever be a client and I will ask for Trey to be my technician. Such a great experience!

My heat pump was installed on Feb. 21 by Frank and David. They were very friendly and answered all my questions. They even tolerated my picture taking ;>) I am very satisfied with my decision to choose Desert Diamond for my heat pump purchase and installation.
