2nd undate: correct diagnosis of my system as capacitor did indeed quit so wanted to give them credit, update: they reached out to be right away and said would refund my check up amount since I was understanding it was maintenance, very much appreciated ...well I called to get summer maintenance and I wanted it cleaned if asked for maintenance but instead just did check up...so am on budget and thot $65 was cleaning it so I said so cried after they left...the guy was nice enough, do not blame him, but the phone man is who I blame for not making it clear...

Honest and great personalized service I received from Chris and everyone from AlienAC. With my new energy effiecent A/C units and duct work, I'm ready to see my power bill (APS,) finally go down this summer.
