Alien AC is great!
First of all, that little alien on their trucks is super cute. There. I said it.
So, after the first air conditioner they installed ran it's course we knew exactly who to call. And once again they gave us a great deal, amazing service and had our new unit up and running the next morning. Whether you need your ac fixed or replaced you should call Alien AC. Our family has used them for years and wouldn't use anyone else.

By far the best service west of the 17. My repeat technician Jeremy is the man. He jumped on my roof spoke to my A/C unit and whispered it back to health. The man is a savant in the art of heating and cooling. Best price, best service I will not look any further.

They actually listen to you (the last repair person did not). They also told us about the best (and most cost effective) AC filters to get - Flanders High air flow filters (from Ace Hardware).

Jeremy was great! He explained to me what was wrong and offered me services that will extend my AC! He was quick to repair the problem and go over with what he found and explain things thorough with me. I’ll definitely will be contacting them again!

The level of customer service we received was great! Jeremy was very friendlly professional. He did a very thorough job diagnosing and fixing the issue. We always receive good service from them. This time was the best yet.

Alien A/C is the best company I have ever used for assistance with a/c problems. We have used them for several years. They are quick to respond and go out of their way to make sure issues are addressed as soon as possible even in the worst heat of the summer! Most recently on a 105+ day our heat pump stopped working, the evening before I was to leave out of town. The owner was able to get someone out very early the next morning before I had to leave for the airport. I felt very comfortable and confident in Mike's ability to take care of our a/c. i had to leave, but he stayed and finished the job very nicely, and the cost was very reasonable. My husband and daughters were very happy to have the a/c fixed so quickly (as was I). I would highly recommend this company!

What can I say? I adore this company. I'm a hard customer to impress but each and every time this company exceeds every expectation. Full disclosure---I love aliens so I am partial to any company that has "alien" in its name, but they are the real deal (as are aliens by the way.) This company is amazing.

Chris did a great job repairing my A/C unit. He was able to fix in one day. Select Home warranty sucks at life but at least Alien A/C got it done. At first I was less then impressed with Alien but soon found out not was Select Home Warranty that sucked at life.

Chris came to service My AC unit today....did a tun if maintenance and did a fair honest job. Didn't try to upsell mein anything. Thx Chris for coming same day to sevuce our unit.

I highly recommend Alien Air Conditioning! When my A/C was out, they came the same day and fixed the problem! Completely "COVID" friendly...we were able to communicate by phone and text to resolve the problem in a short period of time. There are a TON of AC repair companies....Alien Air came to me due to my property manager...and they made a GREAT choice selecting Alien Air :)!!!
