I had Ariel coming to fix my old AC unit, bring referred by a neighbor that had high praise for him. Ariel fixed the AC on the day I called him and it was reasonable and timely.

Later I decided to replace the gas furnace together with the AC, with a heat pump. Ariel and his team did a great job, at a very affordable price.

I'm very satisfied and recommend this company for all HVAC installation it repairs.

In the busy season of summer, Ariel extended his day to come fix my AC the same day I called him. He and his assistant were very professional. They were polite and quick with their work. I had given him the details I knew about the issue when setting up the appointment, and he came prepared to fix it. I was pleased that he was able to fix it on one trip. The charge for the service was very reasonable. They were recommended to me by two colleagues, and I will now be be recommending them to others.

Buenos Air comes highly recommended by our family, if I could have given more than 5 stars I would have, this company is outstanding and goes above and beyond. We have used this company on numerous occasions for air conditioning maintenance and occasionally when repair was needed, they have done an amazing job over the last five years. Our air conditioner went out yesterday and being as old as it was we suspected it was time to replace it. We have home insurance with American Home Shield so we called them in and was given the runaround stating the unit would take 4-8 days to get approval on the parts then $1300 out of pocket for freon, needless to say leaving us for that long a period of time with no air suffering in the heat. Was also informed once the repair was done we had a 30 day warranty, however, if interested in a new unit it would be $8,000. We called in our go to guy, Ariel Anaya and within a half hour he had my very old AC up and running. Needless to say we are ordering a new unit through Buenos Air at a much lower expense, discontinuing our many many years with American Home Shield and will solely be working with this company. I value honesty more than anything and I guarantee you will get it here…..Thank you so much for taking the stress off of me and instilling the fact at there are still honest people and companies out there we can count on.

Used them at the last minute because my warranty company couldn't get me a sooner appointment. I regret that I just didn't wait. They said they'd be to me between 3 and 5 and where late and came and went in my back yard for 10 minutes flat them came back to my door and told me they changed the capacitor and cleaned the coil and its gonna be $235 now. WHAT! No quote first? My husband bought a capacitor for our previous unit and it was only $15 ! So they charged me all this money for what 10 minutes of labor? Extremly dissatisfied!
