Alien Air Conditioning and Heating

Alien air is a company that treat you like family. In my multiple interactions with them they have always come to my rescue at odd hours of the night. Not only do they back up their work with warranties but with trust as well. They keep their word at every turn and ensure you feel not only cool on a hot summer day but 120% satisfied with their service.

Of course my AC broke in Phoenix in July, no one is surprised. I was surprised how fast Alien AC could install a new unit! Everyone else was booking 10ish days out, Alien helped me in 4 and did a great job installing my new Trane unit. Thanks!

Update: after they saw my review they called to explain that he doesn't know why but they never got any of our messages. Offered to come and fix issue for free. Not gonna take them up on the offer tho. Just feels awkward at this point.

Had them come out to fix our heating a year or two ago during the winter. The best way I can describe our problem is we have warm air for 10 min. And then it will stop producing warm air and just push cold air. We then have to reset the circuit breaker to the unit and it'll start pushing heat again. They came out. Did whatever they did. Charged us about 300$ problem still occurs. Called and left a message about it not being fixed and never heard from them again.

My AC had gone out on this Saturday morning Sept 5, it’s 115 degrees, and Alien was referred to me by a friend that used them previously. Chris came out within the hour and fixed the situation and the cost was affordable! Looks like we have a new ac repair company, it’s Alien!! Thank you

Phone calls answered quickly and by nice and efficient people. A/C repair visit that day by Cristian identified problem and parts secured that evening. A/C restored next day. Cristian was professional and very nice to everyone including the cat! A secondary problem surfaced the next day and another A/C specialist in the neighborhooe, Chris, came immediately and fixed that at no additional charge. These people and their service were wonderful.

Our AC went out on a Saturday and we had already planned for no service until Tuesday. Alien AC called us that same day and fixed the problem in a short amount of time. They were very reliable and professional. Would definitely recommend to any looking for AC work. Thank you!

By far the best customer service. Christian worked really hard to walk me through all the steps he was taking to check the unit, reasons why and explaining options. He was very patient and completely thorough in his inspections as well as solutions. They went above and beyond!! I would recommend this company to my friends and family and even tell them to ask for Christian!

Chris and his guys really know what there doing. We had them replace 2 split A/C units outside and the attic. Everything went smooth and on time, great job.

This company is amazing. They came out short notice on a Sunday and fixed the problem within like 25 mins. Chris was our service guy and he was so nice and broken everything down to us about what was wrong and what needs to be done. They don't push anything on you that you don't want or can't afford. I will for sure be calling them again if I ever have problems again. So happy with them!!!!!
