I don't know if my first posted but I was very happy with the service that Robert provided We worked well together. He explained everything and great detail and answered all my questions accurately and completely.

Edward of Cool Blew was quick to identify the source of the leak in our bathtub faucet and also found an unknown issue that could have caused bigger water damage in the wall due to our unit being so old. He was friendly and professional.

They were the only ones who answered the phone at 11pm and promised to be at my house at 7:30 am the next day to repair my ac in the summer, and I had no service contract with them nor had I used them before. Every other call I made I was told “no contract, can’t see you for at least 5 days.” They got my old unit going and when it was time to replace they were they company I called. I consider them good friends. They also did a garbage disposal replacement and electric switch replacement somewhere along the line. Always pleasant experiences.
