I have been using Cook Blew for several year for both heating and cooling maintenance. I have been impressed by their continued high level of professionalism and customer service. I especially respect that they don’t try to hard sell you on additional work. I high recommend this company!

Replaced Heat Pump system in just one day and provided great support as needed to be sure we were satisfied. Very pleased with the whole process and the results.

The company as a whole I would give a 2 star. My system went out on the 19th of May and it took them 4 days to get a technician to the house. I stayed with them because my home warranty recommended them, and I didn't have any experience with them or any other provider. The initial technician was professional and thorough. I ended up needing a compressor. The technician said that he would submit the request to my home warranty for approval. After not hearing anything within 24 hours (not a super long time but 89 degrees in the house is not livable) I called my Warranty Company (Old Republic, Love this company) they ordered the part so all total My wife (she has long COVID) and I were out of our home from May 20th until the new compressor was installed May 30. Ultimately the technician Angel who installed my compressor was AMAZING!! I would consider using him again, but the company itself that would be questionable.

The tech Ralf was WONDERFUL. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining our new thermostat and answering all our questions. No stone was left unturned he checked that everything was running properly and pinpointed the problem fast.
We just moved here 1year ago and I know we've found our HVAC company and that's Cool Blew. Thank you for your professionalism.Word of mouth is you best advertisement and I will spread the word.

Denny was awesome. He came after hours to help us out of a jam as we had a bad capacitor on our a/c unit. He replaced it quickly and checked the pressures to ensure we were ready for summer. Cool Blew came through again!

Cool Blew HVAC Company has been providing service and replacement of our HVAC Systems for over 19 years. Their owner, Tim, their schedulers like Daniel and their technicians like Johnny and others have always been very helpful to us and performed outstanding service in Replacing or Repairing our HVAC Systems over these years. We have never had a complaint with anyone associated with Cool Blew. We will never use any other company except Cool Blew. Thank You Cool Blew for taking such excellent care of our systems.

We initially had a defective fan motor that was installed by the company and began to make noise. Dave returned promptly and replaced it with no hassle and great customer service! You can’t always foresee problems like this but it’s how the company handles issues like this that make all the difference.
