Ricky was on time, very pleasant and thorough. He showed me what he was cleaning, explained to me why and how often to clean/change filters and left us feeling confident that will definitely be "chillin'" for the next few years. While heat is not really a priority here, it's nice to know that the heating portion of our pump will also benefit from the service. Give Ricky and family my best.

Denny (the technician) arrived on time and went right to work checking out our new HVAC system as per purchase agreement. He gave me all the details including adding 1.5 lbs. of r410a to top off the new system. He also adjusted air flow to 400 cfm. He did an excellent job and was quick and efficient.

I would recommend CoolBlew to my dearest friends and family. A couple years ago when my AC stopped working, I was in the market for a completely new unit. CoolBlew was the best value and within my budget for a new system. I did 3-4 weeks of research while my house was around 80-90 degrees in the middle of June to make sure I was getting what I needed from an air conditioning company. CoolBlew checked all the boxes and we went with them. They installed a new American Standard compressor unit and HVAC system in the attic and have continued with 2 preventative maintenance “tune-ups” per year for the following 2 years. Recently Cole, the technician, came by for the last (4 of 4) tune-ups for my AC system. Cole was very personable and professional. He gave me a detailed breakdown of what he inspected and even took photos of what he saw to show me and describe potential issues. Now that my last free inspection (included with install) is done, I have to consider signing up for a yearly plan to continue these bi-annual inspections ($169/year). Will update if we do or don’t and how CoolBlew treats us in the future.

Ralf came out to service my AC, got the system up and running in no time. Very reasonable and very professional. Thank you Ralf and Cool Blew for a great job😁

I have consistently requested Daniel Hillman over the years for AC Tune Up as well as Heating System maintenance seasonal checks. I trust him as he is always professional and honest and consistently on time and well qualified. He supply’s pictures and provides great service.

My god, these men were wonderful. My problem was uneven heat in the house. They discovered that some of my vents were not even open and others poorly opened. They went into the attic and that area is not an easy place to inspect. They came on time, they were respectful of my home, and were very polite. They explained my heating system to me and pointed out several things I could do to improved it. Some simple, some expensive. It's up to me to choose what I want to. I can do all the easy things myself, which will probably satisfy me.
I highly recommend Cool Blue to anyone.

I was alerted ahead of time by email of the date I had made for the maintenance and he came well within that period. He let me know that one item was on the edge of the time frame and, at my agreement, he replaced it. Everyone who's every come for maintenance or repair has been considerate and super polite. They also all seem to have a sense of humor which is great.

Ricardo came to do my spring check and tune up. He was very personable and polite. All work was explained and done in a timely manner. I appreciate the level of customer service afforded to your clients, Thank You.
