We have used CoolBlew exclusively since they did work for my parents years ago. If we need service, I don't shop it - I only call CoolBlew - the service is awesome and the prices are right. We have done AC/ductwork/solar and now doing a tankless water heater and water softener. Great people!

I tried to replace my thermostat diy. I inadvertently crossed some wires and blew a fuse in my hvac. It was Saturday but they had a tech here within a couple hours. He quickly determined the problem and I was back in service in about and hour.

Denny was exactly on time and very helpful. We hired a duct cleaning service that had tried to scam us stating that we had mold forming in our furnace which turned out to be untrue. Denny checked everything out and gave us peace of mind. He was extremely helpful.

Service Technician arrived promptly and did what needed to be done and check back after himself to make sure everything was connected. He changed my email address upon request and was quite helpful with any questions I had. very satisfied.

My parents had this company out to fix their A/C. Over the last several years they have spent nearly $10,000. It cost $5800 to install the A/C, and within less than two years it broke down and they wanted $1700 to repair it. Now they are out again fixing something else. Today they sprayed freon and oil all over the roof and yard, and when my parents got upset, they told them to be quiet and not get upset with their technician. They also claimed they had no record my parents had ever purchased an A/C unit from them. We will never use this company again.

Had the water heater serviced by Robert. Excellent experience. He called to give me an ETA and was right on time. He explained what he was going to do and showed me the deteriorated rod that need replacing. Overall, an excellent experience
