First time using this company. So glad I did. The initial call was professional which always helps when you're doing business with someone especially for the first time. I was surprised of the same day service which was helpful and very much needed. The best part was the service tech George he was friendly, easy to work with and listened to my concerns and was able to find what appeared to be the problem with A/C ducts.

Daryl is the best! He keeps me in the loop on what he is seeing and why he gave our diagnosis. I recommend Air-zona Air to all of my friends and family, as they are the best in the biz! They are my first and only call when it comes to hearing and cooling!

Our technician, Eric Baker, is professional and honest. He has been doing the maintenance on our HVAC for many years. He always answers all of our questions, explains what is going on with our unit and keeps us informed about anything that needs to be watched. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to our system. The crew showed up exactly on time to install our two new American Standard A/C units. They worked continuously throughout most of the day. I don't recall them every really even taking breaks or a lunch. They prepped the inside of our home by laying down floor protection in all the areas they needed to access and cleaned up entirely when they were done. They left our attic access panel much cleaner than they found it, and the entire crew was friendly and courteous. Great job, Air-Zona team! You will absolutely be our first choice for any other A/C work we need in the future. We highly recommend this business!

Martha was polite when answering the phone. Very knowledgeable. The technician Noel was very professional and polite. Explained everything he was going to do. Asked if I had any questions or concerns. He was conscious of my newly installed gutters when he got his ladder out and said he would find an acceptable place to get on the roof. Nice job Air-Zona Air. Great company and your employees are great.

George is so professional. He always takes time to answer my questions so I feel well informed to make the right decision. Always gives me a courtesy call so I know he is on his way. Very reasonable pricing and no upselling as I experienced over the years with other companies. However, if George were to recommend that I needed to replace a part, I would trust his judgment. I so appreciate his honesty and integrity. I highly recommend this company.

Great service. Ernesto fixed my swamp cooler. . My cooler would not turn on and I was told by Reddi Services that it had a bad control board and it would cost me 750 dollars to fix. Well Ernesto actually took the time and found out all that was wrong was the plug for the water pump and blower motor was disconnected. He connected them and it works great. 85 dollars is all it costed me. Never again will I call Reddi Services

of companies being shady and trying to sell you parts that you do not need.

Trustworthy service, guy named Bill replaced the fuses on my AC to have me back up and running the morning after my AC stopped. He mentioned they are not commission based and that is reassuring, so I know I can call them again in the future if any other issues arise, and I can have the peace of mind that they're charging a fair price.
