Air-zona Air Conditioning is an awesome company. They are honest, professional, polite & reasonable. David, our tech, was right on time, neat in appearance & very polite. After having service by a previous dishonest company trying to upsell us for repairs that were not needed on our new unit, Air-zona Air is very refreshing. There are still good honest service companies out there.

Contacted January 17, 2023 for some duct service. Received call that day from Pat the owner of Air-zona Air, we ended the call with the agreement I would be contacted at some point for a visit to discuss what the job might entail. On January 19, 2023 I received text and email notifications about an appointment scheduled for 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM January 20, 2023. No one ever called or showed up for that appointment. Called back later that day and they apologized and said someone would contact me. After a week still not even a phone call. It was quite a waste of a week and a derailment on getting HVAC issues checked. I feel stupid being prepared for a visit that this so-called 'business' had notified me about.

Noel was very polite, cordial, and professional. He did not try to sell us components or equipment that was not needed. I highly recommend this company.

Very detailed and professional- their response to my problem should thought and concern- financing limits was the only reason I did not go with them as needed more than 1 year
