From first contact to the completed installation of our new AC unit, I couldn’t be more impressed with Pat Garrity and his team at Air-Zona.
Pat came out and gave us a fast, honest estimate of what would be required to update our home, without the hard sales tactics and upselling employed by some of the other companies we’ve encountered. We received several quotes from Air-Zona, giving us some options; all were less expensive than those big brands you see on the commercials (some by about HALF what those other guys wanted).
We were able to be scheduled a week after signing on, and on installation day the crew arrived on time and finished earlier than expected. All the guys who worked in our home were respectful and friendly, and they cleaned up well when the job was done. Our new AC unit runs wonderfully so far, running far more quietly and efficiently than our old one.
I would definitely recommend Air-Zona to anyone looking to replace their AC unit, and I plan on calling them for all of our future maintenance and repair needs.

This company came within hours of my 1st call! The technician identified the problem quickly which required a detailed evaluation of the wires within the unit. He also made an adjustment that another company made in error. We were very satisfied with this company's professionalism and technical knowledge.

I cannot thank you all enough for your quick response and great customer service. Bastian did a great job at replacing at replacing my blower motor and wheel. He was so thorough and explained in detail what happened and what needed to be fixed. He showed me pictures and in the end the damaged wheel and motor. I was so thankful for him and the team at Air-Zona. I am forever a loyal customer to you all.

The technician was courteous and efficient. He assessed the problem, solved it and was done in 45 minutes.
When I called and requested service, I was told that the base price was $90 for 30 minutes of diagnosis. The part that needed to be replaced sells for $20 on Amazon. I was charged $268 for this service call, so there seems to be a big disconnect between the quoted price and the cost of the actual work that is done. I will certainly get additional quotes for any future service calls.

The reply from Air-Zona indicated that the technician was supposed to provide a cost estimate after making the problem assessment. This did not occur. I was not informed of the cost of the repair before the work began.

I was very pleased with the services provided by Daryl. He was on time, friendly, polite and very professional. He was thorough and explained to me what he was doing while performing his testing. Through the testing he recommended that one part be replaced because it was functioning at a very low capacity and would eventually affect the indoor motor from working properly. I had a very positive experience with Ari-Zona and would highly recommend them.

Bill did an excellent job of inspecting our HVAC system. He explained the condition of our system and advised us that it’s low on refrigerant (which we will have the home warranty company take care of). Bill was friendly, thorough and professional in his work, explaining what he was doing and communicating his findings throughout the process. I would definitely use Air-zona air again!

Great service. No hidden fees. Great and reliable techs. Wouldn’t ever use anyone else!

I have been using Air-zona Air for years, love them. The one time my AC went down in summer, they were here at 700 am the next day to fix it. They are great.
