85 for a service charge for 30 minutes and that doesn’t include anything else. They don’t tell you for how long. They don’t tell you when they replace something what the cost is. I hired them to replace my thermostat. I had semi changed one. Didn’t check the wiring. They only replace the blown fuse. I still had to finish installing my own thermostat on top that. I have 2 so guess what.. i have to install the second one myself also and hope I don’t create a mess again. Worst experience I have had.

We have had them out several times to service our AC system. Both Bill and George are top notch, very professional and knowledgeable. Their employees do not work on commission. We highly recommend them.

George was the service technician for my call and he was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable..I appreciate how well he communicated what was happening with my issue. Bases on my experience with him, I would use this service again. I also spoke with a nice person when I called to schedule and they sent someone the next day, that is much appreciated.

I WILL BE REACHING OUT TO YOU FOR AC NEEDS IN THE FUTURE BECAUSE OF YOUR INTEGRITY! Following is my original post to this site. Dustin was absolutely fantastic. We had purchased a condo in Scottsdale that we were using as a rental. When there started to be trouble with the AC we reached out to the company who the previous owner had used. We spent $700 on a part needing replaced. 2 months later there was another part needing to be replaced for $1,200. I just had a feeling that the techs were inept and that I was being taken down a path of no return. I reached out to Air-zona for a 2nd opinion and because of their 5 star rating. I shared with Angela at Air-zona my concerns and she reassured me that the tech who would be out would be honest and direct with what was going on. Dustin did just that. He took his time explaining to me what was going on in understandable terms. Turns out what the other company told me was wrong, was working fine. There still were areas needing repair, but since the unit was about 10 years old we opted to put in a new unit.
I felt fine and at ease with doing business with Air-zona. The installation was seamless and professionally installed. Dustin and his team of techs did a fantastic job. Angela in the office was available, kind and attentive. I highly recommend them. I just wish they serviced the west valley. Sadly they don't. You won't be sorry working with Air-zona.
