The owners, Pat and George, did an incredible job! We got the best system for us, at a great price. They had the old system out and the new one installed before the house even got hot! And it's been as cold as I want it ever since! Air-zona Air is the most professional and personally attentive HVAC company I've ever worked with. If you're not using the best, you can sweat with the rest!

We had our AC stop working just as AZ started heating up. We had Air-Zona out once before (our unit is quite old).
They came out and fixed us immediately without stress, extra sells and took the time to explain the whys for everything.

We bought our Mini splits a fee years back. Anytime we had a small issue they came right over.
Thus time we had a coolent leak. It's 100 out already. They came asap and pumped 4 pounds in. Cleaned it up. Nice guys and polite people always come over. Clean.
They were recommended to us. I now can say with 100% confidence. Use this company. It's easy to have a company install. It's after the sale in AZ. When your a senior and it's broke. They come. I have seen others take a week.

Bastion was very helpful and professional. He knew how everything should be and was informative regarding recommendations for keeping up with AC maintenance now and into the future.

The service guy evaluated the issues with the high temperatures in my house. Opened up the heat pump unit to see that the condenser was covered by ice. Hey thawed that out and determined that the system needed coolant added. What I saw was a thorough evaluation and excellent attention to my problem. I have called on this company for different issues over the last 6 years. They were given positive comments from my neighbors; those comments weren't a fluke; they proved to be consistently reliable!.

We are celebrating the installation of our American Standard AC split system. Originally thought of Gold but ended up buying the Silver series. Anyway, the neighborhood joins us in celebrating because it is so much quieter than the system it is replacing, which was a Frigidaire. Trust me on this. Do not buy a Frigidaire.
