A/C Solutions is fantastic, they came out on Easter Sunday to get my air conditioning up and running again. I would highly recommend them!! I would give them 10 stars if I could.

My family and I have lived in our two-story home for 8 years and we have 2 AC units.

Three years ago, one unit stopped working. When we called Chas Roberts (who installed the units for Shea Homes) they informed us that only the condenser had any remaining warranty. We would have to pay for all other parts and labor.
Further, Chas Roberts stated, they were “sure” the manufacturer would honor the warranty only if they, Chas Roberts did the work.

This week our 2nd unit went out. When we called AC Solutions, they took our AC unit's serial number and did the research. It turns out that ALL the parts on our units were under manufacturer warranty for ten years regardless of who installed the original unit.

So AC Solutions not only replaced the capacitor which had failed but the fan motor too—in both units!

Two new capacitors. Two new fan motors. Two units running in tip-top shape!

When Chas Roberts repaired out first unit, they tried mightily to sell us a maintenance plan at $180 plus.

AC Solutions’ Maintenance Plan is $30.

AC Solutions’ owner inspected our AC unit yesterday after sunset—no extra charge. Today, after one hour and ten minutes, our units are fixed but we are most impressed by the professional, caring and honest service we received.

A/C unit went our over Labor Day weekend. Thought I'd never be able to get it fixed quickly. Called Kassandra / Dave at A/C solutions and Dave fit me in at 6AM the day after Labor Day. Was here for less than 2 hours to diagnose, explain options, and fix the unit. Ahhhhh, cool in AZ again!

They got out here the morning of me calling and we’re able to work with me not being able to be home due to work. Our ac has broken every summer during the weekend for the past 4 summers in a row. We always had one company come out to do the repairs and maintenance. This is the second time our ac has broken just THIS summer. I’m so happy with ac solution’s work fixing what the last company had done and even checking in on me a couple days after their repair! As an extra bonus the gal they have on the phones is the sweetest and so compassionate ❤️

Great pricing, honest service, they don't try to sell you something that you don't need and will check everything and give you a complete breakdown of what they find. If they're swamped they only recommend first rate affiliated AC repair to get you fixed up as fast as possible. I've used them for many years and have been fully satisfied with the service that they have provided.

My AC went out on me at 4 in the am. I called A/C Solutions at about 6am and Dave, the owner of the company was at my doorstep by 8:00 am. Keep in mind that this is the end of June during peek season for AC repair. Dave was very professional, knowledgable and kind. He even gave me a break on the refridgerant that my system needed just to "earn my business". Well, he definitely earned it. I will be calling them from now on for all AC needs. Thank you Dave!
