We have used AC Solutions Air Conditioning and Heating several times and my son has also used them. Each time the service was outstanding. They were very quick to respond to our ac issues. David was very proficient at diagnosing the problem and returned with the needed part to get our ac quickly running again. We really appreciate the professionalism and efficiency of this company. We have been a customer of AC Solutions for many years and have always been very pleased with the service. Over the past several summers our AC Unit has gone out and when we contact AC Solutions they have been able to come out on the same day. Our old unit finally gave up the fight and we had AC Solutions replace the unit. The crew that came to install the unit were so professional and did a wonderful job. AC Solutions is great! We have never worked with a business that is more efficient or that nice. David just installed a new AC for us - it works perfectly. We live out of town and when we drove down after the installation, the garage was spotless and everything was exactly as it was when they arrived. I had the air go out a couple of years ago at midnight - the temperature was 95. David was there by 8:30 in the morning and had it running in a few hours. Another time the heat quit working, and once again, David was there within a very short time. This is a reliable company and we certainly give all involved five stars.

Wow! This company is beyond amazing. My AC stopped working and I called multiple companies. AC Solutions was at my house in an hour and had my AC fixed within 30 minutes. Dave explained that because the air was broken, another piece could possibly break. Fast forward to that night, my husband and I hear a high pitch squeal coming from our AC Unit. I called them back at 930 at night. Not only did they answer but they made an appointment for the next morning. Dave was here by 845 with the correct piece and had it fixed in under 30 minutes. This company is very customer orientated and I will never go anywhere else for my AC needs.

Just when you think customer service doesn't exist anymore, AC Solutions is setting the standard, my air conditioner went out last year at the worst time, middle summer, so thought it would take several days to get rep, but Dave responded and was out that day, he was very professional and informative, explained that the last ac company did a poor job repairing, said call any time if we have any troubles, so year later our system went out, he was there that day I called and informed me the parts didn't last as long as they should replaced them all and did not charge me for the service call or the new parts. That is excellent customer service- highly recommend to anyone looking for a A / C company.

We had the most exceptional service experience recently with an emergency AC need. In the middle of the night our AC failed to cool. We shut the unit off and survived with fans and ice packs till morning. As soon as day break occurred I gave a call to AC Solutions and they immediately scheduled me as the next appointment on a Sunday morning! I breathed a sigh of relief! The scheduler gave me a 2-hour window of when David, the technician and owner, would arrive but not before he called 20 minutes ahead. Forty minutes later I received a phone call that David was on his way. David was prompt, professional and efficient in his instant diagnosis of our problem. He had parts on his truck ready to get our air conditioner cooling again quickly. He was so personable and easy going in his approach to the problem and in speaking with us. There was no upselling and absolutely no shady tactics. His fees were very reasonable and straightforward, with only a $17.95 service charge with the repair cost! I understand that he is in the Vistancia community most frequently each week. He loves his job and it shows!

I called AC solutions after hours at 5:00 when my AC went out. (117 degree day) and they answered the phone!! No messaging service or after hours fees. Not only did he answer the phone, he took the time to walk me through some simple steps to try to fix the ac on my own for free! Very good business. Unfortunately, we determined after trying these steps and some hours later my ac unit Needed further inspection. Ultimately, we needed to replace my over 20 year old unit. We went with AC solutions because we trusted them, they were always responsive, professional, extremely accommodating and fair. We are very happy with their work and our new AC runs great. This is a great AC company! Our compressor went out on a Sunday night, and I called them. They've fixed and replaced AC units for other members of my family for years. David, the owner, was here the next day in the blazing monsoon heat. He was thorough, and got to the bottom of what was wrong. It was an issue covered under warranty, and he made the process of getting it repaired simple and quick. His work is high quality and I recommend his company to anyone who asks.
