I called this company based on the number of positive reviews and testimonials after we noticed that our A/C blower was dripping water behind our air vent. The reviews posted previously do not exaggerate the pleasant and fair nature of A/C Solutions.

On a rainy night and after experiencing a flat tire on the way to our home (fpr which we received a call to inform of us the delay), the owner, David quickly and pleasantly assessed our issue. He spoke plainly about our problem and did not try to up-sell. He made his service suggestions and pricing known, then took care of the issue. He even called out to one of his guys to deliver a new air filter while he completed the work, as ours is an irregular size we were not able to locate at the local home improvement stores.

David continued to go above and beyond by helping us cut off an old, jammed padlock on our side gate with his bolt cutters and knocking an additional amount off our cleaning because it wasn't as dirty as it could be. Finally, he accepted the discount coupon from their website without any grumbling, which is always appreciated.

I have used AC Solutions for many years for my annual check up and recently installing a new Trane AC Unit. They have always been prompt and courteous. David has always explained everything thoroughly until I understood completely any and all repairs.

Check these guys out for replacement AC parts with a lifetime warranty. Very happy with my rear line replacement for my 2016 Ford Explorer. Fixed a problem that is going to be very common on vehicles with rear AC lines in a northern climate.

My A/C went out at 9:45 at night so I immediately called A/C Solutions so that I could leave a message on their machine to schedule me in the morning. To my surprise there was no answering machine, but instead a real person from the company answered and walked me through my issues and booked my appointment (all of this after 10pm). The worker was out the next morning in the time frame that I was told and in short time had my A/C up and running. With a 2 yr old inside and the temp up to 87, I was very thankful for the propt service.

Like most people, when your air goes out in Phoenix, it's an emergency. Dave & Kassandra responded immediately after hours and Dave was onsite at 8am sharp the next morning.
