A/C Solutions Air Conditioning & Heating

My AC completely went out and was trying to decide who to call. I had had another company come out when the problem first started and all they wanted to do was sell me an entire unit. Read some reviews and after sweating {literally) a few more hours gave A/C Solutions a call. David the owner came out as promised early in the morning and had the unit up and running in less than 2 hours. Replaced a motor and a few other things and, at what I believe, was a reasonable price! Great service! This company will definitely be getting my business again and I am happy to recommend them to anyone without reservation!

About 4 years ago we had problems with our AC, found the closest AC company. Boy did we luck out it was AC Solutions. Nice, polite, showed up on time and very knowledgeable. Fix the problem. I manage my brothers 2 rental properties they have handled the service and repairs on both. David and Kassandra Estrada are a great husband and wife team and their employee Rene is awesome. Had a great experience with AC Solutions. My AC unit went out on a Sunday Eve. I called 4 companies that did not answer their phones. I got a live person when I called AC Solutions. They had someone out the next day and repairs the unit. I would have to say it was a great customer experience would highly recommend them for any AC work!

My AC went out last night and they were the only company to take my call, troubleshoot prior to coming out to avoid unnecessary costs and still fit me in that same day for AC repair. I appreciated that David was able to fix our air conditioning unit so quickly. He personally made sure our job was complete because I run a daycare out of our home. A/C solutions performed some preventative maintenance for my 2 condenser units. I requested new fan motors, capacitors, and contactors. The owner actually performed the replacements and was a breath of fresh air. Effective communication professional, courteous, and a perfect install. I spent hours looking at reviews for ac companies trying to find a new company that i could use. I am a firm believer that it takes more to get a positive review than a negative one as a business owner. So when you find a company like AC Solutions that has page after page of satisfied customers singing there praise, there has to be some truth there. AC Solutions is excellent. Arrives in the service window he gives you as well as a phone call 15 minutes prior to showing up. David is honest and trustworthy. He will explain the issues(s) for your problems with the A/C , gives you the most cost effective solution , and fixes the problem. He doesn’t use sub standard parts for repairs. Instead of replacing my two units, like other repair places suggested, he fixed the issues and got me up and running quickly and haven’t had problems since. Saved me thousands of $ repairing vs replacing.

I have been using A/C Solutions for several years at home and at work. They are always professional, courteous and on time. I especially appreciate the late night work (we're talking midnight) that Renee did to repair my mother-in-law's unit in the middle of the summer. And I appreciate David explaining technical concepts in a way that we can understand them easily. My new roof mounted heat pump is quiet and works very well, I am looking forward to a cooler house this summer.
