David is the best! I have never met an A/C guy who is this knowledgeable on the science of A/C. I have known him (and his company A/C Solutions) since 1997 when he worked on our first home's A/C units. I was impressed with him then and am impressed with him today. We needed a service call which evolved into a maintenance call on all the units. Glad we did. He found some major issues that were fixed and will probably add several years to the lifespan of our units.

If you have been thinking about using one of the HVAC services that you constantly hear advertised on the radio, think again. I have used several of those companies in the past and switched to AC Solutions last year. Only wish I had done it sooner. It is one of the best, most professional, most honest and transparent companies I have ever dealt with and it all stems from the owner, David.

David at AC Solutions came to our house on the 4th of July (even though it was a holiday) and quoted on a new AC unit for our home. We had another quote from a different company and the quote from AC Solultions was $2000 LESS than the other guy. Dave and his team installed the new unit within a couple of days. The installation went smoothly and was totally completed in just a few hours. David Estrada is very professional and knowledgeable. He is also just a really pleasant guy to do business with. We are quite happy with our new unit thanks to AC Solutions!!!

Our AC unit went out on a Sunday afternoon when it was 116 outside. We called ac solutions and David was at our house within an hour. We had just had our unit looked at 3 days prior. The previous company found nothing, nor did we receive a report after the 3 days. In short, our unit was fine, David advised us that is was simply the batteries in our thermostat that were causing the intermittent issues. The previous company never mentioned that as a possiblity. He had AA batteries and replaced them. He professionally explained what was going on and did not even charge a service fee! I thought this attention to customer service had long dissappeared. Thank you so much. I trust and recommend AC solutions to anyone. Please do not hesitate to call them.

Just had AC Solutions to my home. We've had some big expenses lately and I explained to David I just wanted the unit functional. Any other suggested work would have to be done at another time. He completely understood and explained what work was essential and what work could wait. I appreciate not being pressured or frightened into having work done I cannot afford at this time. Arrived on time, cleaned up after they left, very polite and respectful. I will give them a call any time I need work done and won't hesitate to refer my friends and family. Thanks, David!

I put a lot of thought into this review before posting it considering the overwhelmingly positive reviews posted. Unfortunately, after much thought, I think this review accurately reflects my experience with AC solutions.

I just bought a house and I wanted the HVAC system looked over thoroughly by a professional. They told me the pricing upfront. 17.95 service call and 59 dollars a unit. I have 3 units. I felt the price was steep but, considering the positive reviews, I agreed.

David showed up on time and did the absolute minimum. He took voltage and pressure readings on the outdoor units. That's it. 195 dollars. He was at my house less than 25 minutes. He did not clean the coils, he did not even look at the indoor units because he said he had done it four years ago when the house had different owners and the indoor units only needed serviced "once every five to seven years". This was even after he had noticed some sub par work on the outdoor units he said was probably attributable to shoddy workmanship by a home warranty contractor.

He made no attempt at all to correct the problems he noted. He mentioned one of the compressors sounded like it was hard starting and said (paraphrasing) "the comprssor is going bad, it will be a minimum of 2k to fix it through a home warranty company and they will do a terrible job nowhere near as good as I would do it. Good luck with that".

On his way out I asked if he could help me get into one of my thermostats to turn of the terribly inconvenient recovery mode. He barely paid attention to me as I asked for his help because he was too busy working on filling out the work order to get paid and said he could not remember how to do that on this model thermostat and left. I will not be utilizing AC solutions in the future. AC solutions is only the solution if your problem is that you have excess money you want to give to somebody for no reason.

One of my AC units was not functioning on a 110+ afternoon. Made a call to A/C Solutions and had David at my front door in about an hour. I just needed a repair and not a whole unit which was good news. David also checked the other AC unit and made sure both units were working properly. I would highly recommend David and his team to anyone in need of AC services!

Excellent experience on a very hot day. Prompt, friendly, honest service. If you need any A/C work you need to call AC Solutions. Dave fixed a problem created by a different "repair service" quickly. Very nice people to deal with. Call them first.
