I was very pleased with the timely service and care rendered to my homes 2 HVAC units. It is hard to find quality service that takes the time and effort to properly diagnose and fix the problem. A/C Solutions is the best A/C service I have found, bar none, in the 25 years I have owned my home in Phoenix. Their service is prompt, their technicians knowledgeable, courteous, and skilled, and their work is nothing short of amazing. I trust their advice and will only use A/C Solutions in the future.

I recently had a severe issue with my A/C on a Sunday night and called AC Solutions. They were very friendly and able to get someone out the next morning. Very prompt and on time. I was back in ice cold A/C. I am extremely happy with the quality of service provided and the quick rescue from the heat.

Ok, it has been six months since I purchased a Trane heat pump from AC Solutions. David of AC Solutions also installed my unit. The effectiveness /quality of the cool air, and more recently, the heat, has been phenomenal! My Trane runs efficiently, and it is super quiet and smooth. I have to say that David is knowledgable, friendly, courteous, up-front, and an amazing troubleshooter and installer. Even though it was a weekend, AC Solutions lined up all the services necessary to get my house temperature back to livable. It was really nice to see how David and his wife work as a team to get the job completed.

I waited six months to write this review because I wanted to evaluate both the cooling and the heating capabilities of my new AC.

I would most highly recommend AC Solutions for any heating or cooling advice, maintenance, or purchase/installation. It was a most genuine experience.

Came home one afternoon on a 100 degree day to discover that my AC unit was not functioning. Made a call to A/C Solutions and had David at my front door in less than 90 minutes. He quickly diagnosed and explained the problem to me. The news was not good - my old unit had gone past the point of no return and I needed a new unit. What was good was how quickly they were able to remove the old unit, get a crane in to place the new unit, install it and have it cooling once again.
I would highly recommend David and his team to anyone in need of HVAC services.

Our service technician, David, gave us a call about an hour before his arrival. Upon arriving, and after his initial inspection of my 'non-working' AC unit, he made a guess as to what the problem was. He then proceeded to test and immediately discovered the defective parts that needed replacement (he had guessed correctly!). He had all the needed parts readily available in his truck, and proceeded to initiate repairs. Within ninety minutes cold, refreshing air was again blowing through our house! David was a pleasure to talk with, being a very personable person. I highly recommend the quality services of David and A/C Solutions, and will not hesitate to contact them again if the need arrises. Excellent! Came outside their normal business area to help us with our air condition concerns. Extremely trustworthy and dependable. A large air condition company told us we needed to replace are system. Come to find out from our second opinion with AC Solutions that was not the case. They saved us lots of money.

Called AC Solutions when One of my A/C units quit working on a118 degree day. Found AC Solutions on line, after reading reviews and checking BBB rating. I call them that morning and were given an time frame for the technician to arrive, Received a phone call that the technician were on the way to my home, in a very timely manor, went on the roof with technician, and shown the problem with the unit, it had a line broken and had lost all Freon, being the unit was very old, Technician explained, cost to repair, and that being an old unit, (about 18 or more years old) something else could break and be very costly to repair, over and over. The technician explained he was the owner of the company, and could give me a excellent deal replacing the old unit with a new high efficient unit that would be less costly to run and better performance, With that said, I agreed to have unit replace, it being close to the weekend, I were totaled surprised, when I were told they would install the new unit in a couple of day's, fact on A Saturday at no extra charge for weekend work, He explained fully the process and what had to be done to replace the complete system. Impressed by professionalism, and reasonable price, I didn't have to think twice about the replacement cost,

Having a 10 year old Air Conditioner, I wanted a honest professional evaluation as to the status of our A/C Unit. Dave arrived in a timely manner, was courteous and efficient in checking out our A/C Unit. He even gave me advice on how to save money in maintenance! He was respectful, and even removed his shoes while going upstairs on the carpet area, (I didn't ask him to, but he just did it as if it was the right thing to do). He gave me an honest evaluation of the A/C Unit and didn't try to sell me anything. He simply conducted an A/C Check-Up with class. I highly recommend AC Solutions to service your A/C Unit. AC Solutions is THE best ac company in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. We have been using them for over 10 years, with nothing but excellent service. Anytime we have needed repairs, they are out that same day. They service not only my residential house, but my rental houses as well. I also love that they never try to up-sell you when you need repairs. They only take care of the problem, then educate you on where you should go next with your unit. Their employees are extremely professional, and very nice. And their customer service is outstanding.
