Daniel Dunlap is the person that came out and helped my family and I. The first interaction we had with him he kept assuring me that he would get a solution for me that same day. At that point I had been dealing with my property management for a little over a month and had sent about 6 technicians to look at the issue and none could find what the problem was or how to solve it. They are very responsive and communicate well with you as the client. Daniel explained the whole process in detail and in a way I could understand. I am very pleased with his service, I am glad he is working there!

I've had Weather Masters fix both our A/C and some plumbing problems and they did amazing at both. The technicians are knowledgeable, polite, and communicated very well with us. Awesome company and super impressed!

My highest compliments are competence and no drama. Weather Masters installed the HVAC system in 2017. I had to call them once before and they were very thorough in addressing the odd problem. And they came today: they were competent and thorough again. I appreciate the use of technology to let me know when technician was on his way with his picture included. I have now signed up for service plan. No drama and good work!

Great customer service. I don't live in az full time. Needed a company that could provide a bid and install a new A/C unit/heat pump within 48 hours. Weather Masters was recommended to me and I see why. Very happy with their service. Keith is very knowledgeable and clearly explained our options and what was involved in the install. Keith and his team (Jumall & Juan?) showed up on time and finished the same day. Cleaning up as they left. I would highly recommend this company.

I have used Weather Masters for several years. Yesterday I had a good experience with HVAC Repair Tech Keith who was able to describe what caused the problem we were having and he had the unit back up and running in a couple hours. Also, the scheduling is efficient as we called after hours at 6PM and they had the tech scheduled and unit repaired by late morning the next day. I keep coming back as they have always been quick to respond and fair with price. They are an honest company.

This place was great! I called two other plumbers prior and weather masters came out the same day (when the other places said it would take them 2 days to come out) and charged me $100 less then what the other plumbers estimated. Cody stayed 2 hours after closing to make sure the job was done. He was very polite and explained the process very well. Thank you for the great service!!!!

Called weather masters mid afternoon on a Staurady and spoke to Allie. In less than a hour, technician, Keith showed up to look at our AC unit. He diagnosed the problem, located the part that was needed, left to go pick up the part and returned to replace the part and had our A/C back up and running all within the same afternoon, just in time for the party we had scheduled that evening. Thanks Allie and Keith!!

Had an emergency plumbing issue a few months ago. Weather Masters came out at 9pm to fix the issue temporarily.

They came back about a week later with the new parts and everything was fixed!

Great quality work and incredible service.

After our AC went out on Friday night, Weather Masters was able to stop by our house on a Saturday and diagnose the problem within a few minutes. No less than an hour later Scott was able to fix our problem. Scott was knowledgeable, courteous, and didn't complain once about having to work on the weekend. The pricing was reasonable and the service was fantastic. I've recommended Weather Masters to my friends and families!

The new unit looks great. Itj is much quieter than our old unit and best of all our home is really comfortable. The installers did a great job.
