Having paid in full for the service , three days in advance. The two technicians that worked on the house asked us for money to pay for the service. After having to communicate to Crystal at their corporate they were able to finally talk to their technicians to stop asking for a payment.
On that note damages on the interior walls was done during their service.
I would simply not recommend this business to anyone looking for plumbing, HVAC repair, water heater repair , or any of the above. Specific instruction were given to them regarding and their technicians didn't follow through.
I’ve used Isley’s Company for 26 years with no complaints. And if I did have a problem they were always willing to make things right, but I can’t even remember a specific example of that. Very happy with them. Highly recommended.
We have had such a wonderful experience with Isley's Home Service from contacting for a quote for new A/C units through installation. The coordinator who took care of calling us back and scheduling is friendly, responsive, and helpful. The sales representative who came to give us the quote is friendly and helpful. He explained everything to us in clear details. He was not annoying nor pushy like other sales people. The installation crews who came to do the installation were nice, respectful, and friendly. We highly recommend Isley's Home Service to anyone.
We chose Isley’s to replace our two A/C units and our hot water heater a couple years ago and when we needed a new kitchen faucet recently I called them first. The were able to come out that morning and the tech did the install in about an hour and a half. I provided the new faucet. It was a little more involved and included removing the old fixture, replacing the two water shut off valves and partially disassembling/reassembling the RO system under the sink. The tech had to come back to fix some minor leaks in the old RO lines, but did so right away and everything turned out good - all in one day after my call for help. With the price of thing these days I wasn’t surprised at the cost, but I did cringe a little when paying the bill. It appears, however, that we got what we paid for.
I've used Isleys before, good service good people. However this time I had my furnace serviced. Jon did an excellent job. He needed to replace a capacitor for the blower motor. No problem. The only thing I would have liked is a breakdown on the bill. What the part costs, and what the labor was. Other then that service was excellent. Just used Isleys again. 1/7/2021 This time for a plumbing problem. Excellent work and found the problem quickly.
Technican was on time and did a great job . He was very personable! The office staff was able to move my appointment up when there was a cancellation. I’m happy with the work that was done !
I had called a different company to service my ac, at the very last minute they canceled. I found Isley’s through Rosie on the house web site called and made an appointment, tech came on time, talked me through everything and cleaned my ac. I am extremely happy I called Isley’s, Thank you John S
For the past two years, taken advantage of SRP's customer program to have our a/c equipment serviced. Technicians have done a good job, are polite and the promotion is a great deal. This year, we had Isley's service our unit which is in APS's district so no promo deal, but they took care of this too. A few months later we had a problem with our unit and Isley's took care of it quickly. When it's over 100 F here, you really appreciate a responsive service company.
July 2022 - we have Isley’s do regular maintenance on our two property hvac units. One of the air conditioners stopped working so called them to schedule appointment. Dispatch is polite and friendly and said appointment available the next day. Shout out to John for working all day in 110F heat coming to our place after earlier call, climbing ladder and assessing issue, had parts and we are fixed. More important, because we get regular maintenance done, he was able to review notes from April and troubleshoot based on that. Thank you for the service!
