Great service and great people. Kevin was here to fix kitchen sink leak one day. The next day the toilet started leaking! And Dustin was here to fix it. Highly recommended.
I was so very disappointed in this whole experience. We contacted Isley's to repair our water softener. They were very late for our appointment (3 hours beyond our 8-12 time slot) We explained that we had reset it several times but it would quit quickly after it was reset. The repair techs walked in and hit the reset button and said it was fixed. When we said that it wouldn't stay reset they told us that it was too old to fix. But they got their $59 show up fee. All in all the only reason that I gave them 2 stars was that the techs were polite.
We had a great experience. The office kept us apprised of when our repairman Kevin would be here, also letting us know if he was running late. Great communication! We felt Kevin was very knowledgeable, and did an awesome job! His work was done in a very professional way, from the start to end, with clean up. Highly recommend! We will use Isley's again!
Called isley's early in the morning they called back got tech out immediately to help us out. They took care of the problem good price one day AC's back up and running 100% happy and no noise. Price was reasonable for the parts we needed.
Melvin and Lamar were great. Very knowledgeable, organized, fully explained in detail what was being done. Highly recommend this Company. Derrick didn't just sell me the system, he educated me on it. Again, very knowledgeable. Good communication with administration/office.
I was very impressed with the rapid response. Within 2 hrs of contacting Isley, I had a tech here that evaluated the A/C issue and fixed the problem with parts he had brought with him. The tech was on time and very knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to everyone. It's a pleasure to work with a company that actually does exactly what they say

Very happy with how quickly they sent someone the same day. Water leaking and coming thru vinyl flooring. Took care of what could be done until plumber could get there the next day. Plumber determined the problem and are now working with my insu to complete the repair. I'm very grateful for the help. Everyone has been so nice and patient explaining things. Great job!
I’ll make a VERY long story short: Isley’s caused a refrigerant leak in our HVAC system during our last service and once realizing today, admitted fault but then backtracked and tried to blame it on the manufacturer (odd, because this wasn’t an issue the other two times we had our unit serviced, or on the install with them). They were trying SO hard to avoid responsibility, in almost a desperate manner. Staff kept contradicting one another on what the issue was, who was responsible, and how much it would cost to repair. They were SO unorganized. Manager was also no help; he was unreceptive and indifferent. So basically: Isley’s caused a leak, causing harm to the environment and leaving us without refrigerant and warmth. They then expected US to give them our money to fix a problem THEY created, and saw no issue with that. They truly wanted to profit off their mistake. The desperation and stinginess on their side was tangible. Makes me think of a used car salesman. Very untrustworthy.
I have been a customer of Isley's off and on for several years. While their availability to solve problems and general customer service has always been adequate, such a company is only as good as its technicians. Late last week my call for scheduled assistance was answered by an outstanding young tech named Angel Hernandez. Angel arrived right on time. He was friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable of the task at hand. Angel willingly answered all my questions, taking the time to explain things in detail and in simple terms I could understand. His recommendations for future service made sense and did not suggest he was simply trying to increase my bill. I very much appreciated his thoroughness, work ethic and positive attitude. At this time I do not hesitate to recommend the services of Isley's, but will most definitely be requesting that Angel Hernandez be the tech assigned to any calls to my home. He was even nice to my dogs. And they are harder to please than I am! Thank you, Isley's, for restoring my confidence in your service.
