Our house needed to be re-piped due to failing CPVC pipes. Isley’s is Rosie on the House recommended so that was important to us to have a solid reputation. We received four bids and Isley’s was one of the fairest of the bids. Sarah was patient with my many questions before scheduling and during the project. Keith was amazing as the head plumber; patience of a saint. Our house had many challenges due to the architecture, and the project went longer than estimated, but they were persistent to do a good and complete job. In the end we are happy with the work and recommend this company.

Ernest was great. He informed my wife and I that a $5,200 repair bid by an AC company that we have been using for years was not necessary. We are definitely Isley customers going forward.

Isley's recently installed a new heat pump system at my property which included moving a register and adding returns. I interviewed 4 companies and selected Isley's because they listened to us and understood our needs. With their professionalism and knowledge, they offered us a reasonably priced package which included a new system, install, cleaning and sealing. Their service team was efficient, knowledgeable, organized, neat, clean and respectful of me and my property. Also the office staff went above and beyond expectations to keep me informed and advised on this project. I would highly recommend Isley's Home Services for your AC & Heating needs.

I called isley’s for a second opinion on an air conditioner issue to ensure I was getting a fair price. Olivia was very helpful getting an appointment scheduled with the technician Steve. He arrived on time and asked what was happening with the unit. I explained that another company had come out and said that I needed a new blower motor. Steve checked the thermostat and confirmed what I already knew, that the unit wasn’t working. He did not go up on the roof or check the unit in any way, he did not give me a price quote. He did use my bathroom and then told me that if the other company was recommending replacing the blower motor then I I should do that. Don’t use this company as it was a waste of the $60 trip charge. I called Olivia at the office to share the disappointment at my experience with the company and never heard back..

Best customer service experience ever since I've lived here (17 yrs). Isley's Home Service will definitely be my AC& Plumbing company

I have used Isleys before having found them on Rosie’s on the House referral site. The problem with my A/C unit was its condensation drain pipe was clogged. Service was completed before giving my permission All that was need was a quick flush with a garden hose. I was charged $250 right after the technician said “That was the quickest job I’ve ever had” then told me he was cutting me a deal and that I should be charged upwards of $400. He was probably on the roof no more than 10 minutes. I should have refused to pay.

I've used John and Isleys for many years and have referred many friends to them. Have never received a bad comment about them. On contrary one friend asked me because his A/C company said he needed a whole new system for $8000. He called Isleys, they came and checked unit and it was unremarkable, however it was still under warranty!!! Something his ex-A/C company failed to tell him. I will not hesitate to highly recommend them anytime. Thanks John.

After calling Isley's they were able to come out for an A/C inspection the following morning. I was expecting the worse outcome of having to replace the old unit. But Rick said it was still running strong and only needed a simple circuit board bypass. I was so impressed by the professional work ethic & honesty that we received that I am completely won over by this company and highly recommend them!

Jonathan was great and extremely helpful! He figured out we had a wax seal leak! And, he didn't care that my dog kept jumping on him lol. I have used Isley's for both AC AND Plumbing over the past 4 years and they are always professional, prompt and pleasant!

Olivia who answered the phone with a smile in her voice got me scheduled for same day service and notified me when the technician was on his way to my house.

Dustin showed up and did a great job fixing my plumbing leak. He was professional, pleasant and very knowledgeable. He made it look easy. I highly recommend this company and will for sure call on them for future needs.
