After talking to at least 10 other companies to install completely new wiring for a hardwired smart doorbell, I chose to go with Hope. Everyone else I spoke to, I could tell didn’t really care about what they were doing or didn’t give me the time of day to talk specifics about my quote. Victor was quick to respond to my inquiry online, quick to give me a call to discuss the quote and particulars and was able to come out that Saturday to complete the project. His pricing was fair (definitely lower than the giant companies) and you can tell that he’s just a trustworthy guy – not someone who’s trying to gauge you on pricing or on what the job actually needs. He even saved me money on the drywall patch up and he charged me exactly what he estimated. I would absolutely recommend them and will definitely go with them for my next project.

I just had Victor here to fix my AC it was the best experience I've ever had . He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need . Victor was prompt to return an inquiry made through his website and was here within a half hour. Came out for what turned out to be a blown fuse and noticed the A frame coil to the unit had not been cleaned in years. By catching this and taking the time to clean it, Victor saved the compressor from inevitably failing. Extremely professional and explained the process entirely.

Had a unit that stopped working Friday, and my usual contractor was booked until Monday. Victor was able to work me in the same day. He was courteous, and fixed the problem quickly. The next morning, the same unit needed attention again, and Victor came out on his day off. Problem solved!

This company knows what there doing. Victor is very smart at what he dose the price are also good. They only sell you what you need they never try to upsell you on buying a new unit if you don’t need one I was very thankful for that because I did not want to buy new unit.
