Honest people . I had a no heat issue with heat pump and was told it was froze up with the high humidity and cold night, they were right. next morning everything was ok . didn't have to pay for service call. if any prooblems down the road they will be called . nice to deal with honest people

I don't know why they are called Honest Air
After they told me I needed to replace my unit I had them leave and go no further. I called a friend of a neighbor to look at it. He said the only thing wrong was a fan part. Maybe they just didn't know what else to do.

My air went out today. I called them and they were here in less than 30 minutes. I have been using them for years. Very good and honest!
