I got a diagnosis from Parker and Son that I the Compressor was not coming on and I needed a Start Kit for $407.00, I thought I'd get a second opinion and I called Honest Air and their guy looked at the Unit and then came inside and showed me the condition of the FILTERS - they were overloaded with dust! He said, there's your problem. The charge was just a basic SERVICE fee compared to what Parker and Sons quoted me. He took care of the problem in SECONDS and showed me that there was NOTHING WRONG WITH MY COMPRESSOR and there was NO NEED for a Start Kit. HONEST AIR LIVE UP TO THEIR NAME - HONESTLY THEY ARE MORE THAN HONEST, THEY HAVE INTEGRITY AND ARE PROFESSIONAL. THANK YOU KENNY FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!! HONEST AIR YOU GOT A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!

Honest Air replaced both of our A/C's about 18 months ago. Jeff recommended the best at the most reasonable price. Since then, our utility bill has gone down about 30%. We noticed a noise from one of them, so I called Jeff. He was early for our appointment; inspected both units; told me that the noise was the compressor starting; with the high temps and humidity, they have to work harder; no mechanical proglem. He noticed that the fan was starting up just a milisecond slower than the compressor, so he installed a higher rated capacitor. All of this at no charge. Jeff strives to live up to the company name: Honest.

Andrew came to hot house the morning after our AC quit, made quick diagnosis, replaced components and explained everything he did in easy to understand terms. As a benefit, he showed me how to program our thermostat and advised me on regulatory changes coming in Jan 2020 so I can plan ahead on AC replacement.
