They showed up said they couldnt do anything and still charged money for doing nothing. I understand i called for a service but all you did was look at it say you couldnt help ask for money and leave.

Keola showed up within 10 minutes! He investigated and solved our issue right away. Awesome service!

It would be nice if the service person disposes of the old filter or any other droppings in the closet after entering the unit in the attic.
