FH Air Conditioning

When Matt came to check out my air conditioner, he explained what he was going to do, did it efficiently and had a pleasant manner.
I signed for FHAC inspections for the next 3 years because I am quite satisfied with their service

Very prompt service, came out same day. Had yearly a/c review, technician was very professional, nice, explained everything he did and not pushy at all. Will use again next yr for annual a/c checkup esp with $29 deal

When our AC blew out warm air on a Saturday night after 10 p.m., we called expecting an answering machine. When a real person answered and offered to send someone out in 30 minutes, we were shocked. They charged our system that night and it has been fine. You cannot expect a better response.

Keola was very efficient and professional. He was able to check my system and provide some recommendations. Painless experience that took no more than 30 mins. Great service!

Had great service from Tech Keola. I thought I had a Air Conditioning leak on one our raining days but it turn out if was coming from my roof. They can out the same day I called.

Did not fix the problem, only wanted to try and get sell me a new unit. When I ask for a quote I never got one. Called another guy he said it was low on freon. Seems to be running fine now...

Ok my story my Ac went out last year called around for people to service my area not many out here. Anyways guy was going to charge me an arm and a leg for a capacitor (found out now it like a twenty dollar item with 20 mins of work) anyways we ended up paying for a contract with them. This company was bought by Fountain hills air. So a year goes by and no phone call for the six month check up so I called them after we got hit with storm that ripped shingle off my roof also did not seem to be running right (little hotter than normal) talk to a nice man that said he would call me back the next day and he did not. That next Monday I called and talked to a women she informed me they no longer serviced my area so I told her that I had a contract she told me to wait. The nice gentleman got on the phone and I got an appointment a week later meanwhile air getting hotter. So Tuesday rolls around really nice guy shows up and comes in and right away says this and that and he is going to check the AC in my mind I am already thinking oh gosh this is going to be expansive. Anyways goes up about twenty mins and come down with a list of things wrong with the AC it was low on R22 but we had figured that in the first place he continues on about the coils are dirty my husband already had cleaned them before he came lol with water but o.k. then he could do it for 169 dollars but that did not include the outside ones for 129 and could not fill the refrigerant until the coils were cleaned. He went on to say we had an oil leak and needed to change the battery to the fan and we probably had a coolant leak that he could test for a couple hundred dollars and (um hello after ten years the coolant evaporates slowly) and to top it all off we probably need to get a new air conditioner and is there anyway I could afford that? He asked me if there was any possible chance I could take out a loan (are you kidding me) So guy finally leaves with saying sorry I had to give you bad news. And not even confirming how much coolant was needed after I asked but gave prices.
So I called my friend who husband does Air condition they just moved here or I would have had him look before spending 500 dollars on the AC last year (felling ripped off) anyways he goes up to the AC and I am just praying OMG what am I going to do. So he comes down says that the little dirt can be taken care of by 5 dollar cans of spray at best buy and there was no leak in the oil and we just needed coolant that was expansive. But a lot of these companies pay on commission and to watch out I went right to my computer and found a lot of info on you tube. But moral of the story saved my self a lot of money because I had a friend. Most people don't like we did not last year and paid the price.. wont be calling them back even with the contract. I even called and talked to the nice gentlemen again to tell him what happened lol lets just say it was a little less conversation after that. I asked him for my contract he had on file and then gave him my address. To bad the news was not as nice as the man that answered the phone.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!! I got ripped off. They charged me $350.00 to do a chemical wash and replace a "phase shifter" whatever that is. Then told me a new AC unit would be 8-10K and that this is the worst year to buy an AC unit because the EPA regulations have changed. Funny, because I got a second opinion who quoted me a way more reasonable price of $5,600.00 for a new install.
Come to find out its under new ownership and the employees work off 100% commission. Save yourself a headache and DON'T call them!

Came out to my house give some kind lie that my outside unit wasn't any good(my outside unit was replaced in 2013)and I know my inside unit is old needs to be cleaned but they are smooth talker that acted as if me a/c was going to quit tomorrow I would never recommend this company to no 1 I even said if that bad write up a REPORT bc it's under warranty bc I just bought this house he said no I will not if you want us to fix your problem it's 7,000 dollars . Well fountain Hills came back out back to my house send the original technician that came to my house in March he was very pleasant and said he didn't think cleaning would help my a/c I need a new a/c he wrote a new REPORT bc it's under warranty through my park thank u again for making things right.
