We really like that Farnsworth helps us keep up with our yearly mantanice. We get a call every year for that. Very friendly staff. Chris Porter is the Field Supervisor. This guy is so friendly. Chris always let's us know what they needed to to for our check ups every year. Chris came by yesterday to check up on our air conditioning. The unit sounded fun to me so he came out went up on our roof and told us what we needed.Chris was very helpful explaining what happened and what needed to mantanice. I would not have any questions about calling them at all if other issues come up. I would like to say Thank you Farnsworth.

My unit in the atttic was leaking onto my ceiling and I called Joe Farnsworth jr and then first thing the next morning the technician was there and had it fixed! Both quick and professional. Very responsive communicative and clean work.

Customer service and work promises is horrible. I do not recommend this company to anyone. If I could give them negative stars I would. I had a new AC installed in May 2022 because of Chris's recommendation because old unit would have costed me about $3,000 to maintain. I wish I would have got a second opinion. I was told that I would have 3 year semi-annual maintenance, 2 whirly birds installed at a discount and duct cleaning included. I did get whilrly birds installed at discount but that is it. I have contacted them many times concerning the duct cleaning. I never received a response. I check receipt. It was not on it. Lesson learned. Get in writing. I recently called to get fall maintenance done on new system. Office scheduled it. I received a call from Chris stating that they could not touch ac unit for a year because or warranty on unit. I also finally agreed to pay for the duct cleaning to get it done. I was given a date of Oct 10 by Chris. It was a no show. No call. No nothing. I sent several messages with no reply. Wasted day. I asked that he provide me with warranty information on unit. Still no reply. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Makes me wonder if they will even service maintenance after 1 year. If not, I plan on taking them to court for breach of contract. Once again. Do not use !!!!!

A.C. went out on Monday Joe Farnsworth Jr. and his air conditioning technicians were out on Tuesday to give an assesment. The diagnostic was detailed on the equiptment. I needed a new A.C. system. I received three different quotes detailing my options. Therefore making me feel like I was not being played. I am a firm believer in integrity. The install crew treated my house and family with respect.

I really don't know how to get good service from these people.... They told me they were going to come fix my heat pump in the morning but didn't show until 1:15 in the afternoon - without calling first. They charged $400 for "maintenance" and said they had fixed it. It died again THAT DAY. I called them to ask them to come back and they said they would come the next morning. They weren't there in the morning and I went to work. I got a call in the afternoon saying they were at my house (never called, never gave a time) and wondered why I wasn't there. It is now Friday and they still won't give me an arrival time, give or take an hour. That is all I need.... Now I am considering a stop payment on my previous check until this works!

My mother-in-laws experience with the Company was good. It was how it was handled by one of your workers Chris Porter. He had filled out paperwork showing a zero balance owed, so when the other workers came to do the job they told her she didn't owe anything. So a week later someone from the office called and asked her if she would like to pay over the phone and she explained that she was told she didn't owe anything. The young lady said she would go check and get back to her. Well Chris Porter called and began to tell her she owed the money and it got heated from there. He threatened her with an attorney and that they would come and take the unit back. Our family doesn't appreciate him yelling and threatening our 91 year old mother. She does not want him back at her house ever again. However, Chris's boss called and apologized for the confusion about the bill and the rudeness from Chris. They discounted almost $300 off her bill.

The Farnsworth team was there on time, and finished the installation of a new A/C unit faster than they quoted, which was appreciated. The unit is working well. The unit was dented during delivery or installation, but they are taking care of the issue.

We love Farnsworth. Our heater went out last winter just before Christmas and they came out so quickly. They were very knowledgeable, quickly fixed our problem, and were very competitively priced. We will only use Farnsworth for our air and heating needs.
