The company was a pleasure to deal with from the first phone call thru to the completion. The price quoted over the phone was honored. There were no hidden surprise charges. The complete replacement of the heating and air conditioning was started the next day and completed same day. There was no upfront deposit requested. The commissioning revealed a manufacturing defect which was addressed immediately.

I called the day off and they were out to my house in about 2 hours. Other places had to wait a few days. Sean came and was very professional and provided fantastic customer service. I will be using these guys for future and refer to anyone I know in the area. Great customer support!!

After calling several HVAC companies around the Phoenix area I came across ASAP Air Conditioning and talked to Wayne and Scott. As with many other reviewers on here, I cannot say enough good about how much Wayne and Scott cared about making sure the 2 unit replacement we were looking at was adequate, correctly sized and fairly price for our needs. Wayne and Scott asked many more questions than the others and even talked me out of buying the higher priced equipment for our situation.

We agreed on a system and a price and to my amazement a schedule for the very next day to do the install. ASAP's crew showed up and went straight to work. They completed the install in a timely manner, cleaned up and tested everything before they left. Awesome service! I will recommend ASAP to all my friends and family.

They were referred to me by the father of a co worker. He did a bunch of research with other companies and chose them and was very happy with their service. My very old ac went out on the hottest day of the year so far. I was given a quote over the phone and a new Trane AC was installed the next day. The price was great and the guys that came out to install the new unit did a great job. I am glad to have cold air today. My wife was very skeptical because I did no research and went off of a referral from a coworker I trust and all of the online reviews. Don't over think it. If have a broken ac give them a call and just say yes. Glad I did.

Amazing service. These guys performed an install of a new 3 ton heat pump for me when I was having trouble with the one I had that was 20 years old. They didn't try to pressure me to buy new, they would have happily fixed my current unit but I wanted to replace it. They did a stellar job installing and I thought that was the end of my interaction with them. When winter came I had a problem where the heat was not working and they were here within 45 minutes of calling at 8am on a Saturday morning. I assumed something went wrong with the install but it turned out to be a bad configuration of my electronic thermostat. They not only corrected the problem but didn't charge me AND wanted to check the pressure in the unit to be safe since they were here. These are amazing people who really understand customer service. I was totally willing to pay for their visit since it was not a problem with their install but one of the replacement thermostat that I installed. They refused to let me pay for their time. I will never recommend anyone else for A/C needs to everyone I know in the Mesa area. ASAP AC and Heating ROCKS!

Have had ASAP's techs here three times for heat pump maintenance in the past nine years. Each time their techs were thorough and found and rectified the problems quickly. I wouldnt even think of calling anyone else.

I submitted an online inquiry to have our 18 yr old system updated due to age. received a phone call from Wayne the very next day. Went over some numbers and decided to pull the trigger and replace both heat pumps, furnaces and air handlers. Was not in a hurry as our current system was doing good so scheduled for the following week. The crew of Armando, Ivan, Rickey and Mike showed up at 7am sharp and they finished the job just before 12 noon. Both thermostats were also replaced as was one of the disconnects. They also installed water overflow switches on both units. It was very hot and these 4 guys did a great job in a minimal amount of time. It has now been 2 full weeks and everything is working great and the Trane units are very quiet and the house stays cool.

Couldn't be happier with our experience. Wayne did not try and up sell, answered all of my questions. The crew that showed up was top notch. I also received the warranty confirmation from Trane the following day. The office lady did a good job also calling to remind us the day before the scheduled install.

Wayne (the owner) is the AC guy you want to work with, I got quotes from 5 other AC contractors for a Trane heat pump and all of those quotes were $3000 to $5000 k higher the ASAP was able to provide. I have bought 5 heat pumps from ASAP and they always have the better price and don't over charge for Freon. His installation crew with Armando did a very professional installation and were friendly helpful and courteous.

I had service on my AC and I mentioned I was thinking of replacing these older units. The Tech said call his boss for a quote as he is very fair. I had two other quotes before I called. ASAP asked what I had and outlined what they thought I needed. Bottom line 1/2 the cost of other bids. The install crew was great. First they were on time and went right to work. As of today very satisfied, but again I have not used the units for AC yet.

Amazing. Where do I start?!?!?! From the 1st call till after installation, great service. Got an amazing deal on my 2 AC units. They showed up on time and the guys were clean and professional.
