Horrible company! My husband called at 8:30 am to have a tech come out and fix our ac because it was blowing hot air. They told my husband that they would be out between 12 and 5. My husband called at 2 pm to check on the ETA and the receptionist told him the tech was running behind - but would still be there. So we waited a couple more hours (in a 91 degree house) and my husband called once more to see what was going on and they said they wouldn’t be out until the next morning now. A courtesy call would of been nice so that we could call another company- but instead- we waited 9 hours for them to come out and fix our ac. Then because they didn’t show, we had to call another company, wait in their queue to get serviced, and pay after hour charges. This is the SECOND TIME we’ve called them for ac issues, and this is the second time they haven’t followed through.

This is the second time that I have used ASAP to install an A/C unit. I had them install two units on my two story home in Gilbert last year (replaced 2 twenty year old units). And just this week 2 days after Labor Day they replaced the A/C on my sons house. Both times they did excellent work.
The Coronado brothers were very professional and extremely efficient. They replaced a 5 ton gas pack unit that had the air handler and furnace section in the ceiling crawl space in less than 4 hours. And even though they were quick there were no shortcuts. They did quality work. I know, I am retired after nearly 30 years in the industry.
I highly recommend ASAP for any HVAC work needed. Their prices are fair, their response time is excellent and they treat their customers with respect and professionalism.
In my opinion, they are second to none.

Last month ASAP installed a new unit on my home. They were great to work with. Very quick to get back to me, everyone I talked to was awesome in explaining things, and they were cheaper than another company I talked to. The office staff is very helpful and helped me with financing questions. Today I had them back out to check on the unit and again had a great experience. Ps nothing was wrong with it, it ended up being perfectly fine. I highly recommend them.

I’m still waiting for the rainbows and unicorns to show up. I’ve never had an experience with any contractor that blew me away like this one did.
Called on Friday. Quoted excellent price! Installed on Saturday!!! Two crews of the nicest, most professional men showed up at 8AM (as promised), removed two existing units, installed two Trane units, cleaned up everything and were gone by 1PM.
Shanda, from their office, called later to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.
Totally a first class operation.

We bought a Trane unit from ASAP and today it just stopped working. Shawn answered my call and squeezed us in on a Sunday of all days to come check our unit. Shawn had it up and going in no time. We made a smart choice going through ASAP for our ac unit. He was very professional and went out of his way for us and to make ASAP #1.Thank you!

We needed a new AC initially and Mike came out and it took 12 hrs to replace our AC . We were extremely unhappy with his service and felt he wasn’t competent for the job. We called to report problems with new AC he put in . My husband talked with Shawn service dept team leader and when he called to talk to Shawn front office contact person was very polite and professional made every effort to get a positive outcome. When he spoke to Shawn he was very professional and went above and beyond to quickly come out to the house to repair any any all problems with the botched work done by Mike. Shawn also reassured he get the job done because I was having surgery next day and we can’t have a house with no air when health issues are affected . Shawn was very accommodating and professional we certainly would highly recommend your company to our friends and we will unfortunately not recommend using Mike !

We had a brand new a/c unit put in from this company it lasted two years. When they came out after waiting a few days in July and charged almost 300.00 we were told the motor was burnt out and we would need another A/C.
If we bought another it be around 3000.00 dollars or more. We went down to home Depot and bought window units instead under 1000.00. When we got the A/C thru this company I regreated telling my client about this company she ran into the same problem.Just don't want anyone to go thru the same situation it is horrible.

I dealt directly with Wayne, the owner. He gave me a price 2 months before I actually contacted them to do the work. Even though Trane had a price increase, he honored the quote that he gave me.
The two installers (Mike and Armando) arrived right on time. They were very polite and professional. I have been in the Facility Maintenance business for over 30 years and this install was by far one of the best I have ever seen. Although they were fairly young, they were both very professional and efficient. They both knew their trade very well. They didn't waste any time. They completed the entire job in just over 4 hours (remove and replace 2 complete split system heat pumps).
I highly recommend ASAP Air Conditioning for any of your A/C needs.

Wayne from ASAP air was extremely friendly, fast, and fair. My old unit completely went out so I purchased a new unit from him. His team had it installed within a few hours. Bruce and Tito were FAST. They were clean and careful around our home. I would highly recommend this company. I was impressed with the level of customer service provided to me throughout the whole experience. I was most of all impressed that they were truly fast, they got us out of the hot Arizona summer heat in just a few hours from diagnosing the system to new install.

ASAP had installed a new Amana heat pump last year that was working like a dream until last week

ASAP found the issue with the STAT wire and resolved the problem.

Now the unit is like new again. I am very happy with ASAP HVAC because they do great work, have great prices, they know their products inside and out, and back their installs with their reputation.

I will continue to look to ASAP for all of my HVAC air conditioning and heating needs. Thank you Don in Phx
