When they say ASAP, they mean it. A consultation this morning and a new ac/heater this afternoon. Granted, it's the off season, but still; I would have been waiting for days with any other company. Also, the technicians are fast and courteous of my house and yard. They cleaned up every little thing that came off the old and new unit. The unit they installed is so quiet, I no longer feel as if my ceiling is crashing down. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them to handle my other unit.

We received a quote for the install of a Trane A/C unit from Scott that was approximately $2500 cheaper than three other companies! The Coronado Brothers came the next morning to install the outside unit and the furnace in the attic. They were quick, clean, and very respectful. We are very pleased with the service that was provided.

Bruce & Tito did outstanding work in a very timely manner and answered all questions clearly. They were both very respectful & professional with everything they did. Wayne gave us a very good price on complete heat pump system with new air handler in attic . These two young men were very pleasant to work with and cleaned the property up well . I have tried different AC companies over the years. ASAP Air Conditioning is by far the most customer focus company I have ever run across. I called about my unit not working and they responded immediately to my request and I had a technician out to my house and my unit was fixed beyond my expectation. Wayne at ASAP provided us with the very best service, price and quality when our air conditioner stopped working recently. The price saved us a substantial amount without sacrificing quality. Wayne was informative and kind, sending a professional technition out to install the next day all the way to Arizona City! We highly recommend this company!

Originally a competitor quoted an amount of over $6K on a replacement unit. Upon speaking to both Scott and Wayne (the owner), we were able to get a Trane unit for thousands less. They even performed a same day install!! Crystal the office person is also extremely helpful since I do not live in town and was able to get me all paperwork electronically to save me the hassle of having to drive 3+ hrs. Shawn arrived on-time and listened to my issue. After about 10 times trying to replicate the noise, it was determined it was from under the house and due to the pipes to the registers. He did assure me our furnace was running perfect and no repairs needed. Highly recommend.

Really disappointed with this company. My AC stopped working on a Friday afternoon. They came out 6 hours later and I paid them to fix it. Stopped working again the next day on Saturday. They were supposed to come out that night and never showed. Called them the next morning and they said they would be there within the hour… never showed. After 2 hours called and left a message and have been calling every hour since only to have no one answer. It’s now Sunday evening. I have another company coming out and will have to pay them what I paid the first time with this company just to have it actually fixed this time. Very upset, wish I could speak with someone about it, but the I professionalism prevents them from answering the phone.

My original Goodman split system heat pumps from 1993 were still trucking along, but after consistent blower motor issues in the air handlers and cracked drain pans, it was time to invest in some quality Trane units. Spoke with Eddie at Discount AC and worked a deal coordinating with ASAP for a 4 ton and 2.5 ton Trane XR14 setup. Pricing was more than fair and Armondo, Mike and Ivan were right on time the next day. The install went perfect in every way, and the team had everything swapped and running flawlessly in 4 hours. Our attic is tight, and their professionalism made the process like a walk in the park. Thank you for the great work, ASAP team.
