These guys are awesome. Second time I've used them. Here are the facts. HVAC would'nt come on. Called home warranty. Their guy came out said compressor was bad. Was going to cost me $2000. Called ASAP to get second opinion. Bottom line, it was a corroded wire. Compressor was fine. Thank you ASAP for saving me $1850.

09/22 warranty repair on condenser fan motor. 2 hrs. Including travel time. $475.

Another great experience with these folks! They truly do live up to their name. I went in Monday morning about my broken AC. They had a tech to my home within minutes to look at the unit, I live nearby. He explained repair options but the unit was made in 2006 so I opted to forgo the costly repair route since the old refrigerant is extremely expensive. Once I placed the order for the new unit, they had a tech out their the same day to take measurements and were able to schedule the install for the following day. They really do get it done as soon as possible. Their pricing is unbeatable as well, in the neighborhood of slightly less than half of what their competitors were quoting. I saw a review on here where a guy complained that they didn't provide a written estimate. Which is true. When would they have had the opportunity to do so? The tech came out within minutes while I was driving to work so he couldn't have handed me a written estimate because I was driving. We discussed the matter over the phone and he gave me a quote for the new unit over the phone, easy. When the work was finished, I paid exactly what he quoted me on the phone. Not a penny more. The price he quoted on the phone included the unit, the install labor, the crane and the tax. No hidden fees or surprises at the end. Once they quote you a price, they stick to it! Who could ask for more than that? I've had many written estimates from various companies in the past and still got stuck with a lot of last minute surprises. I'd rather go the simple route of working with these folks. Refreshingly old fashioned, they quote you a price and have the integrity to keep it simple and stick to their astonishingly good price. ASAP is the only company I've ever actually bothered to go online and write a review for but I really feel they deserve it and that the rest of the public deserves to know.

Our AC went out overnight, an ASAP tech was at our house by noon. Unfortunately for us we needed a complete new unit. ASAP had a two guys here to install by 6:30 am the following day. Armando and Derek was so professional and polite. We'll definitely call them for any future needs, I can't recommend them enough.

Excellent work - price far below my other 5 estimates- worked out affordable Financing for me. Installer’s were respectful and careful- they worked in my attic in 130 or more temperatures- took an extremely heavy air handler out of my attic, down the stairs, out the front door and not a smug on any wall or railing. Their drywall man repaired the attic entry, also doing a really good job. I had almost given up on being able to replace my air conditioner, I just couldn’t afford the price- without ASAP I would be sitting in 110 to 115 temperatures this summer. I came across their ad and I called really late at night and they took my call and worked out what I needed. Told them I could not pay cash. After speaking with this person, his boss called me back within 15 minutes and said he felt they could help me. The next day I got a call from their office and they spent over an hour giving me details on financial options, until we found a fit for me. The next day my air conditioner was installed. I am extremely grateful to ASAP and it’s employees for their, kindness, help, and excellent work and service. I recommend them to all of you. They also use Trane and Goodman air conditioners, both got top ratings on the internet. Use them, they will make you cool and happy.

This company is amazing! My hvac system stopped working on a Saturday morning in August and they were here within 30 minutes to troubleshoot. Although Aaron got it running the system was 15 years old and on its last legs. I opted for a new system and it was installed by 2 pm. I was pleased with the price…expected it to be more based on prior experience with one of the “big names “ in the east valley. I’ve recommended them to all my friends.

I'm so appreciative to Wayne and his crew all the way around at ASAP . My AC unit went out Saturday. When I couldn't get ahold of someone I hired another company to inspect my unit. HUGE MISTAKE. The tech said I needed a new MOTOR. $500 it would have cost me if Wayne who is the owner of ASAP wouldn't of stepped in. He sent a guy out to my home inspected the whole unit and and Derrick the tech ASAP said it was a wire that came lose. Wayne didn't charge me a thing. My labor warranty doesn't exist and he still didn't charge me for parts and labor.
I'm a customer for life now.

We would like to reach out and thank everyone at ASAP Air Conditioning and Heating. My mother-in-law and her boyfriend are a retired couple on a fixed income. When their AC stopped working last week, we were extremely concerned they may have to go days without AC. But Sally at ASAP answered our call and sent a technician out the same day. Our technician, Aaron arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed our problem, and had us cooling down in no time. He was kind, courteous and really made us feel at ease with the whole process.

Had two Trane units installed they were the best priced. We did have a leak from improper installation but the owner called along with his office manager they paid for repairs and fixed any damage. At first we were unsure if we made the right the decision but their care and taking responsibility of their mistake was reassuring they would do the right thing.
