Arizona's Dukes of Air

A friend referred me to the Dukes of Air. Very glad he did. Very thorough, very professional from estimate(Monty) to install. The crew of Brandon, Damian, Danny, Devohn & Edgar were great! Highly recommend the Dukes!

Danny and his crew showed up on time, they were very respectful, quick, and did an awesome job installing our new Trane. The new unit is so much quieter than our old system. I like that they put down a tarp where ever they walked and took time to address any question or concern. I also felt they were easy to work with and had great communication!

As always, the service that Dukes of Air provides was exceptional. During our last visit, Ray helped us resolve a few plumbing items around the house. The knowledge he shared with me helped me make the right decision for what we needed to prioritize in our home. I appreciate the thoroughness and the honesty that the technicians always provide when they come out to our home. Thanks for all of the help throughout the years!

Arizona’s Dukes of Air has some of the best service techs in the business. After a shaky install, the management and service techs came through and rebuilt all the confidence I lost during that time. Most recently, I had them out to do some routine maintenance as I signed up for their Gold Maintenance plan. I was very pleased with the service I received. Justin was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was also very respectful of our property and made sure everything was cleaner than when he arrived. If you want company (and technician) that care about their customers, go with Dukes of Air (and Justin)! You’ll be glad you did.

Dukes of Air is great. Randy was excellent. I had an A/C repair issue. It was addressed same day and was fully explained and understandable. Randy was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt confident about the course of action needed to fix my A/C problem. I would definitely recommend Dukes of Air. Ask for Randy to service your A/C. He's excellent!

I called for service on a leaky patio faucet in the morning. Ray from Duke's was here in the early afternoon. He had the faucet replaced very quickly. He was professional, efficient & friendly. I highly recommend Duke's ... and ask for Ray!

First time with Tony as our service technician, he IS awesome to say the least!
He was diligent in his work, very respectful, took the time to explain things, offered good preventative maintenance advice and just did an all around good job!
We will definitely be requesting Tony as our service technician moving forward!

Ryan was my Technician today. He checked out my HVAC and installed a new air cleaner. He was suppose to install new air filters but the office did not inform him so he asked someone from the office to bring out a pair. They gave him 20X20X2 instead of 3” thick. He had to go to 4 different stores to find them. Ryan went out of his way to get those filters. He will be late to his next appointment and I apologize to that customer. However they will be getting a great technician even though he may be a little late.. Thanks Rhonda and Dukes for hiring a great committed employee. - Tim

We've have several amazing experiences with Dukes of Air. They're always honest, don't oversell, and don't pressure us into purchasing items. Today Justin came out to install a new blower motor for one of our air conditioners. He was extremely pleasantly, answered all of my questions, and even suggested ways to make our house cooler while not costing a fortune. He followed me around my entire home while I pointed things out and he answered all questions. Again, didn't pressure me to purchase anything but rather brought up ideas that would help us in the long run. We've been through the mill of AC companies in the valley, but every tech they have sent out has been extremely kind, courteous, and helpful.

Installed an entirely new heating and air system. At least six guys were here and did an amazing job and cleaned up after themselves. Had a service guy come out the next day to check airflow and answer some of our questions after having the unit for 24 hrs. Excellent and always arriving within a few hours of your phone call.
