Arizona's Dukes of Air

Yearly chk up on cooling system installed a yr ago by Dukes of Air. As always, service was prompt and efficient. Was also made aware of the plumbing and air vent cleaning services available. I will b using these service s in the future. Purchased the two yr service contract -- I like the security of having this to protect my investment. I will recommend Dukes of Air to everyone I know!!

Randy completed our Spring Maintenance tooday. He was cordial and thorough. Photos of the attic unit, the outdoor condenser, and readings were provided. Before leaving he discussed the full details of the work completed. Thank you. We are ready for summer.

The tech Justin did a great job, was on time and courteous, and also found and fixed our problem quickly to get clean, cool air running again

They were recommend by my handy man and they do not disappoint. The staff is friendly, on-time, takes their time to diagnose and document issues, and always offer options for repair or replacement. A well run business that you can trust .

The heat had not been working in the downstairs unit of the house. Ryon was able to diagnose and remedy the problem in a matter of minutes, with the root cause being a dirty heat sensor. He also let me shadow him so I could learn how the unit worked. I have used this company for the last few years for other A/C issues and a new A/C unit due to reasonable prices and the professionalism, efficiency and technical ability of the technicians. If I don’t like a company I will jump to the next one on the list, but I have continuously relied on Dukes of Air for my HVAC system.

Duke’s of Air has always been trustful and fair in supplying a new Trane HVAC and follow up services to include Service Contract. Randy was our latest technician, very professional and personal.

The first guy came out to give estimate and he was so nice and so informative.
The day of service, Orlando and Brian called before they came, arrived on time, were professional and courteous, cleaned up, and answered my questions.
Great experience working with this company.

Justin provided excellent service to my heat pump (rinsed the condensor coil and checked that all the components were in good working order). He gave clear information on what he did. In addition, he cleaned the drain where the condensate line from the heat pump empties into and cleared the debris from my roof. Job well done.
